Abstract: A coupling device includes a fluid pressure cylinder fixed to the first member. The fluid pressure cylinder includes a cylinder main body, a first piston and a second piston each reciprocally movable with respect to the cylinder main body along a first direction, and a biasing member that drives each of the first piston and the second piston to one side in the first direction. The cylinder main body has a first cylinder chamber that drives the first piston to the other side in the first direction, and a second cylinder chamber that is formed to be separated from the first cylinder chamber and that drives the second piston to the other side.

Abstract: A clamp device has a grip member for gripping the inner peripheral surface of a hole in a workpiece, a clamp rod having a tapered shaft portion that is fitted into and engaged with the grip member, a hydraulic cylinder for driving the grip member and the clamp rod forwards and backwards in the axial direction, and a main body member to which the above elements are mounted.
