摘要: The invention relates to a positioning device for a positioning system for positioning a first object in relation to a second object in a XY-reference system. The positioning device comprises a spring arrangement (130) comprising at least one first spring portion (132) serially coupled to at least one second spring portion (134), and the first spring portion (132) is configured to deflect in a positive Z-direction (+Z) in operation and the second spring portion (134) is configured to deflect in a negative Z-direction (−Z) in operation to compensating for the deflection of the first spring portion (132) in the positive Z-direction. Thereby, improved accuracy in positioning the first object in relation to the second object is provided.

摘要: In an object positioning/fixing device that positions and fixes a target object on a base member in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction, a structure is provided in which, in a state in which the target object is pressed against the base member and fixed thereon by a fixation mechanism: first and second tapered engagement surfaces of first and second reference members are closely contacted against the inner circumferential surfaces of first and second annular engagement members via elastic deformation of the first and second annular engagement members; also first and second base end contact surfaces of the first and second reference members are contacted against the base member; and a pair of regulated surfaces of the second annular engagement member are closely contacted against a pair of regulating surfaces of a second installation hole via elastic deformation of the second annular engagement member.

摘要: A material shaping machine and a method of mounting a table top to the material shaping machine is disclosed. The machine includes first and second support members extending generally in a vertical direction. A bridge longitudinally extends between the first and the second support members. A carriage is configured to move longitudinally along the bridge. A rotary cutting tool is mounted on the carriage. A work table including a table top having a silicon/epoxy combination material supports a workpiece to be cut by the cutting tool. An actuator moves the rotary cutting tool toward and away from the workpiece positioned on or above the table top and a motor provides rotational motion to the rotary cutting tool.

摘要: Disclosed is a coupling device having two coupling parts and clamping means for releasably axially clamping both coupling parts. A plurality of circumferentially spaced non parallel grooves are cut into the surface of one of both coupling parts for having a reference in a plane perpendicular to the clamping direction. Pins project from the surface of the other coupling part each pin having two opposing parallel lateral surfaces for obtaining alignment of the grooves with the pins upon clamping. At least one of the lateral surfaces of each pin forms an angle with the associated flank of each groove upon axial alignment of the coupling parts. For improving the repeated precision of the positioning of one of the coupling parts relative to the other coupling part even upon high stress on one of the coupling parts in circumferential direction a clamping plate is provided between the lateral surface and the associated flank which is axially elastic and is mounted to one of the coupling parts.

摘要: A drilling device has a carriage (1) on which a drilling member (22) can be removably mounted. In a receiving region, the carriage (1) has a tightening lever (4) that can be swiveled, with its first end area having a tightening surface (5) that interacts with a clamping surface (21) of a connection region of the drilling member (22). The second end area of the tightening lever (4) interacts with a tightening element (9) that keeps the tightening lever (4) under tension of a spring so that the drilling member (22) is firmly pressed against the carriage (1). Using the two release levers (15), the tightening element (9) can be moved into a release position in which the tightening lever (4) can be swiveled into the release position and the tightening element (9) lies against a retention surface (13) on the tightening lever (4). When a drilling member (22) is secured on the carriage (1), the tightening lever (4) is automatically swiveled into a tightened position and locked the tightening element (9).
