    摘要: A method is indicated of recycling plastic sheet material coated with adhesive and available in chopped form. The method provides for separating the plastic from the adhesive. In a first method step the chopped sheet material (4) is introduced into a solvent bath (1) where the chopped sheet material (4) is moved for a predetermined dispersing time under mechanical action. The mechanical action preferably is exercized by rolling or kneading. In a second method step, the adhesive dispersed in the solvent is separated from the chopped sheet material (4) by mechanical action of forces--preferably by introducing squeezing forces in a conveyor screw.

    摘要: A method for mixing propellant charge powder rods utilizes a flexible band (1) which is suspended freely in a loop between two paraxial, radially spaced drums (2,3) and is movable back and forth between the drums (2,3) by drive motors (6,7). The band (1) is finite or endless and movable in reciprocation between two winding drums (4,5) each adapted to be driven in either direction of rotation by the drive motors (6,7). The propellant charge powder rods (30) are placed in the suspended loop of the flexible band (1)--transversely of the longitudinal direction of the band--and are mixed together by moving the band (1) back and forth. The length of the loop is increased and decreased periodically during this process.

An operationally safe and continuous course of the production process is obtained according to the invention by first preparing a fully gelatinized dibasic intermediate product of nitrocellulose and a blasting or explosive oil, without solvent, in a shearing mill (1). The intermediate product is granulated and supplied to an extruder (4) into which the third crystalline energy carrier and solvents are introduced. There the pulverous mixture is homogenized and extruded to form powder strands which are moist with solvent.

    摘要: A process is provided for the preparation of dibasic propellant charge powder by a solvent-free process, in which a continuous flow of raw powder mixture moist with water is kneaded at an elevated temperature in a set of shearing rollers, to which the raw powder mixture is continuously supplied and at one end of which the gelatinized mass is continuously removed and immediately continuously granulated. The resulting granulate is continuously delivered to an extruder by means of which it is moulded into powder strands which are worked up into the finished powder by cutting and an end treatment. The process requires only small quantities of powder within the kneading equipment and thus provides a safe and efficient continuous manufacturing facility.
