    摘要: An electrical connector assembly includes a socket defining a central cavity and having a plurality of pins arranged inside the central cavity. The electrical connector assembly further includes a plug having a body adapted to extend, at least partially, inside the central cavity and defining a plurality of receptacles to receive the plurality of pins. The plug also includes a cover arranged surrounding, at least partly, the body and adapted to engage with the socket. The cover includes a pair of elongated wings arranged diametrically opposite to each other and directed outwardly and extending along a longitudinal portion of the cover.

    摘要: A current sensing circuit is provided for measuring a current in an electrical line connecting an electrical supply to a load. The current sensing circuit includes a magnetic circuit having: a magnetic core, a reference winding wound around the magnetic core, and a conductor passing through center of the magnetic core. The conductor is being connected to the electrical line. The current sensing circuit further includes a detection circuit connected to the reference winding of the magnetic circuit. The detection circuit is configured to detect a change in condition of the magnetic core and generate a detection signal in response to determination of the change. Furthermore, the current sensing circuit includes a controller coupled to the detection circuit for receiving the detection signal. The controller measures the current in the electrical line in response to the detection signal from the detection circuit.

It further has a welded contactor detector with a contactor sense circuit, the sense circuit having a first line shunt resistor network connected from the first line power contactor output to ground and a second line shunt resistor network connected from the first line power contactor output to ground. In another embodiment provided is an EVSE including a welded contactor detector with a contactor sense circuit having a bias resistor connected between the hot line relay input and the neutral line relay output.

    摘要: A system including a remote server connected over a network to a battery charger is configured to track usage of rechargeable batteries. Values of various sensed parameters of a battery, such as temperature, charge, current, and water level are stored with the battery and uploaded to the remote server, either wirelessly or through the network, and either directly from the battery or by way of the battery charger when the battery is coupled to the battery charger. The remote server operates to determine the condition, value and warranty of the battery based on the sensed parameters and on the user history of the battery. Alerts and warnings can be forwarded to the user and/or an enterprise manager or shop manager in the case of enterprise vehicles such as warehouses operating multiple electric forklifts, or rental car agencies, so that multiple rechargeable batteries can be readily tracked, monitored and maintained.
