摘要: An implanting apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided. An implanting apparatus used for implanting an intervertebral cage into a location between two adjacent vertebral bodies, wherein the implanting apparatus comprises a sleeve and an extension member. The extension member has a rod and a coupling column, wherein the rod is screwed inside the sleeve, the coupling column is connected to one end of the rod and exposed outside the sleeve, and the axial direction of the coupling column is substantially perpendicular to that of the rod. When one end of the coupling column is disposed on an inner arc surface of a connecting portion of the intervertebral cage and the rod is rotated with respect to the sleeve, the distance between the coupling column and the sleeve is decreased so as to clamp the connecting portion of the intervertebral cage between the coupling column and the sleeve.

摘要: Provided is a spinal reaming apparatus including a sleeve, an eccentric shaft, an operated element and an eccentric reaming element. The sleeve has a first end and a second end opposing the first end. The eccentric shaft is received in the sleeve. The operated element is connected to the eccentric shaft and positioned proximate to the first end of the sleeve. The eccentric reaming element is connected to the eccentric shaft and disposed at the second end of the sleeve. When rotated, the operated element drives the eccentric reaming element to rotate relative to the sleeve on the eccentric shaft such that the spinal reaming apparatus will switch between a folded mode and a functioning mode.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses an operating instrument for a spinal implant. The operating instrument includes an extension assembly, a central rod, and an operating handle. The extension assembly includes an outer sleeve, and one end of the outer sleeve is connected with a first part of the spinal implant. The central rod passes through the outer sleeve, and one end of the central rod connects to a second part of the spinal implant. The operating handle includes a fixing element, a rotating element, and a pushing element. The rotating element is sleeved on the outer side of the fixing element. The pushing element connects with the central rod, and the rotating element presses against the pushing element. The rotating element is rotated to cause the pushing element to drive the central rod to move the second part, thereby expanding the spinal implant.
