    摘要: The present invention provides a spinal implant structure. The spinal implant structure comprises a first part, a second part and at least one expansion arm. The second part is disposed on the horizontal orientation of the first part and does not overlap with the first part. The diameter of the first part is larger than that of the second part. One end of the expansion arm is connected to the first part, and the other end of the expansion arm is free end. The expansion arm includes a supporting arm. One end of the supporting arm is connected to the expansion arm, and the other end is connected the second part. The support arm includes a plurality of structure weakness. When the distance between the first part and the second part changes, the support arm bends from the structure weakness, thereby the spinal implant structure is expanded.

The sleeve has a first end and a second end opposing the first end. The eccentric shaft is received in the sleeve. The operated element is connected to the eccentric shaft and positioned proximate to the first end of the sleeve. The eccentric reaming element is connected to the eccentric shaft and disposed at the second end of the sleeve. When rotated, the operated element drives the eccentric reaming element to rotate relative to the sleeve on the eccentric shaft such that the spinal reaming apparatus will switch between a folded mode and a functioning mode.

The extension assembly includes an outer sleeve, and one end of the outer sleeve is connected with a first part of the spinal implant. The central rod passes through the outer sleeve, and one end of the central rod connects to a second part of the spinal implant. The operating handle includes a fixing element, a rotating element, and a pushing element. The rotating element is sleeved on the outer side of the fixing element. The pushing element connects with the central rod, and the rotating element presses against the pushing element. The rotating element is rotated to cause the pushing element to drive the central rod to move the second part, thereby expanding the spinal implant.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a device for surgery to stabilize bone segments, which includes a screw assembly, a supporting member, an extending member, and a fastening member. The supporting member is connected with an arm of a receiver of the screw assembly. The extending member includes a connecting portion and an extending portion. The connecting portion is located at one end of the extending member opposite to the receiver. The extending portion is connected to the arm with the supporting member passing through a through hole of the extending portion, and a portion of the supporting member protrudes out of the extending portion to the connecting portion. The fastening member is sleeved on the connecting portion and has a pressing groove. The supporting member is located between the connecting portion and the pressing groove. The pressing groove includes a release position and a pressing position for the supporting member.
