摘要: A surgical extractor including first and second arms connected to first and second implant-engageable jaws. The first and second arms are connected by first and third links to a stationary screw jack nut and by second and fourth links to a moveable screw jack nut. A driven shaft is rotatably received in the stationary screw jack nut and threadedly received in the moveable screw jack nut, and a drive shaft rotatably drives the driven shaft. Rotation of the drive shaft in a first direction separates the first and second arms and jaws in order to receive an implant. Rotation of the drive shaft in a second direction closes the first and second arms and jaws in order to clamp an implant. A handle assembly engages the drive shaft in order to drive the drive shaft and disengages from the drive shaft to exert a removal force on an implant.

摘要: Misaligned bones on opposite sides of a joint are aligned using a first rigid extension securable to one of the misaligned bones using a particular surgical approach, and a second rigid extension having a contacting surface positionable in contact with the other the two misaligned bones from the same surgical approach. The first and second rigid extensions are moved with respect to each other using a lever, whereby a pulling force is exerted on one of the bones, and a pushing force on the other, thereby aligning the first and second misaligned bones.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a cage with an adjustable height with posterior bone grafting, comprising: a main body, a blade assembly fitted to the main body, and a pushing assembly fitted to the blade assembly, wherein an end cover is interference-fitted on one end face of the main body, the main body comprising a screw section, a side section integrally connected to two ends of the screw section respectively, and an opening section integrally connected to the side section, where a threaded through-hole is provided on the screw section, and an opening through-hole is provided on the opening section, the pushing assembly comprising a first U-shaped base and a threaded rod fixedly connected to the first U-shaped base, wherein the threaded rod passes through the first U-shaped base, and a pin is fixedly connected to an end, close to the threaded rod, of the first U-shaped base. According to the present disclosure, the structure is designed and operated conveniently, the damage to human body is minimized, the cage is expanded to reach the height of intervertebral space required by the patient, and the space of the bone grafting chamber of the cage is increased after the expansion, so as to meet the need of continuous bone grafting.

摘要: A bone graft delivery system for delivering graft material into a surgical site. The delivery system includes an elongate hollow tube constructed to receive the bone graft material and having a hollow interior and indicia formed on an exterior surface of the elongate hollow tube. The delivery system also includes a plunger adapted to extend in the elongate hollow tube and to form a substantially congruent fit with the hollow interior of the elongate hollow tube such that the plunger is precluded from rotating within the elongate hollow tube. The plunger is adapted to urge bone graft material through the elongate hollow tube to deliver bone graft material through an opening thereof.

摘要: A spinal interbody device includes a base link comprising a first end and a second end, the base link including a cutout extending through the base link between the first end and the second end; a linkage including a first link having a first end coupled to the first end of the base link and a second end, the first link including a first aperture extending through the first link and defining a first longitudinal axis; and a second link having a first end coupled to the second end of the first link and a second end coupled to the second end of the base link, the second link including a second aperture extending through the second link and defining a second longitudinal axis. The base link and the first and second links define top and bottom surfaces configured to engage adjacent portions of bone, and first and second sides extending between the top and bottom surfaces. When the linkage is movable relative to the base link between a collapsed position and an expanded position, wherein when in the expanded position, an unobstructed line of sight is provided through the cutout and the first aperture along the first longitudinal axis and through the cutout and the second aperture along the second longitudinal axis.
