    摘要: Technologies are provided to ensure integrity of erasure coded data that is subject to read and write access from distributed processes. Multiple processes that access erasure coded data can be coordinated in an efficient, scalable and fault-tolerant manner so that integrity of the original data is maintained. The Technologies include a fault-tolerant access coordination protocol that ensures exclusive write access by a client. The coordination protocol achieves scalability by not relying on centralized components, and achieves efficiency and performance by piggy-packing access coordination messages on operations of the underlying erasure coding protocol.

    摘要: A multi-LED structure comprises a first LED and a separate second LED disposed on a common multi-LED native substrate. The LEDs each comprise a common first layer having a cantilever portion and a base portion and a common second layer having a light-emitting emission portion disposed only over the base portion. An LED electrode electrically connects the first LED to the second LED. The cantilever portion extends in a direction different from the base portion or a length of the cantilever portion is less than a distance between the emission portions of the first and second LEDs.

    摘要: In one aspect, the present disclosure encompasses polymerization systems for the copolymerization of CO2 and epoxides comprising 1) a catalyst including a metal coordination compound having a permanent ligand set and at least one ligand that is a polymerization initiator, and 2) a chain transfer agent having two or more sites that can initiate polymerization. In a second aspect, the present disclosure encompasses methods for the synthesis of polycarbonate polyols using the inventive polymerization systems. In a third aspect, the present disclosure encompasses polycarbonate polyol compositions characterized in that the polymer chains have a high percentage of —OH end groups and a high percentage of carbonate linkages. The compositions are further characterized in that they contain polymer chains having an embedded polyfunctional moiety linked to a plurality of individual polycarbonate chains.

At least one module tether physically connects each of the pixel modules to at least one of the module anchors. An example of a pixel-module display comprises a display substrate, pixel modules disposed on the display substrate and display electrodes disposed on the display substrate, each display electrode electrically connected to a module electrode.
