摘要: The present invention provides a composition of a polyethylene glycol maleimide derivative and a polymerization inhibitor. In particular, the present invention provides a composition of an 8-arm polyethylene glycol maleimide derivative and a phenolic polymerization inhibitor. The ingredient and content of the polymerization inhibitor in the composition are reasonably chosen, thereby significantly increasing stability of the polyethylene glycol maleimide derivative, effectively avoiding the undesirable effect of gel solidifying due to polymerization during storage and transportation, and extending a pot life and shelf life of a product thereof.

摘要: A MEMS transducer for a microphone includes a closed chamber, an array of conductive pins, a dielectric grid, and a diaphragm. The closed chamber is at a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure. The array of conductive pins is in a fixed position in the closed chamber, distributed in two dimensions, and have gaps formed therebetween. The dielectric grid is positioned within the closed chamber, includes a grid of dielectric material positioned between the gaps of the array of conductive pins, and is configured to move parallel to the conductive pins. The diaphragm is configured to form a portion of the closed chamber and deflect in response to changes in a differential pressure between the pressure within the closed chamber and a pressure outside the transducer. The diaphragm is configured to move the dielectric grid relative to the array of conductive pins in response to a change in the differential pressure.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for breeding self-compatible potatoes, including the following steps: (1) selecting a self-compatible potato variety material and referring to it as PG6359, and cloning the S-RNase gene of PG6359 through the transcriptome sequencing method; and (2) obtaining two full-length sequences of the S-RNase gene from the cloned S-RNase gene in step (1) and referring to them as Ss11 and Ss12 respectively, and after carrying out an artificial self-pollination for the variety material PG6359, selecting the variety material having the genotype of Ss11Ss11 from the offspring as the female parent, and selecting a self-incompatible material as the male parent, and then obtaining a self-compatible F1 generation by hybridization. The invention overcomes the self-incompatibility of diploid potatoes, and does not require the introduction of any wild potato gene fragments, thereby avoiding linkage drag, and providing a basis for the rapid creation of a diploid potato inbred line.

摘要: Provided is a method for producing fermented blood sausage having high antioxidant activity, comprising (1) preparing hemoglobin antioxidant peptide through Plastein reaction; (2) brining and primarily fermenting livestock or poultry meat; (3) deodoring and breaking livestock or poultry blood; (4) filling and secondary fermentation; (5) obtaining a finished product after drying. Compared with prior arts, the present disclosure uses Plastein reaction of blood to prepare a highly active antioxidant peptide, the fermented blood sausage has a total antioxidant capacity up to 6.89 U/mg protein, with an increase rate of 58%. The blood was deodorized, and total amount of free amino acids in secondary fermentation by lactic acid bacteria in combination with yeasts reached 12.74 mg/g, with an increase rate of 42%, providing the fermented blood sausage with better flavor and chewiness. The present disclosure also provides a new approach to comprehensive utilization of livestock or poultry blood resources.
