In some embodiments, a plurality of N non-volatile memory cells, where N is a greater than two, are connected to a common floating source line. A write circuit is adapted to program a selected memory cell of the plurality to a selected data state by passing a write current of selected magnitude through the selected memory cell and concurrently passing a portion of the write current in parallel through each of the remaining N−1 memory cells of the plurality via the common floating source line.

    摘要: A downhole tools deployment apparatus is disclosed. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes at least an in-ground well casing, a housing providing a hermetically sealed electronics compartment, a tool attachment portion, and a first flow through core. The housing is preferably configured for sliding communication with the well casing. The hermetically sealed electronics compartment secures a processor and a location sensing system, which communicates with the processor while interacting exclusively with features of the well casing to determine the location of the housing within the well casing. The embodiment further includes a well plug affixed to the tool attachment portion, the well plug includes a second flow through core capped with a core plug with a core plug release mechanism, which upon activation provides separation between the second flow through core and the core plug, allowing material to flow through said first and second flow through cores.

The rotator assembly has a rotor supported on a support arbor that is rotated in a predetermined rotational direction by roof level wind currents.     摘要: Method and apparatus for adaptive arrangement of data on storage media, such as in a multi-device storage array across which data are stored. A virtual hot space is formed to store frequently accessed data. The virtual hot space comprises at least one hot data zone which extends across storage media of a plurality of arrayed storage devices over a selected seek range less than an overall radial width of the media. The frequently accessed data are stored to the hot data zone(s) in response to a host level request, such as from a host level operating system (OS) or by a user which identifies the data as frequently accessed data. Alternatively or additionally, access statistics are accumulated and frequently accessed data are migrated to the hot data zone(s) in relation thereto. Lower accessed data sets are further preferably migrated from the hot data zone(s) to another location of the media.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for aligning an input shaft of a wind turbine generator with an output shaft of a wind turbine are disclosed. Preferably, the method includes placing a push plate of a wind turbine alignment tool into pressing contact with a selected support flange of a wind turbine generator identified by a misalignment measurement device. With the push plate positioned, an indexing means of the wind turbine alignment tool is advanced along an adjustment link member of the wind turbine alignment tool to impart an alignment force onto the selected support flange to align the input shaft of the wind turbine generator with the output shaft of the wind turbine. The method preferably concludes by rechecking the alignment of the input shaft of the wind turbine generator with the output shaft of the wind turbine.

    摘要: Various embodiments are directed to an apparatus comprising a semiconductor memory array with non-volatile memory unit cells arranged into a NAND block. Each of the unit cells comprises a resistive sense element connected in parallel with a switching element. The resistive sense elements are connected in series to form a first serial path, and the switching elements are connected in series to form a second serial path parallel to the first serial path. Each resistive sense element is serially connected to an adjacent resistive sense element in the block by a tortuous conductive path having a portion that extends substantially vertically between said elements to provide operational isolation therefor.

    摘要: Separating gas from liquid down hole in a well by a downhole gas separator, gas is separated and passed to the well annulus and liquid is passed to a submersible pump at a calibrated flow rate at which liquid is vacated from a separation chamber, the length of the separation chamber providing sufficient space for gas separation as the liquid is pumped from the separator. The gas separator, limiting the amount of fluid passed to the separation chamber at less than the pumping rate of the submersible pump, creates a fluid vortex causing the separated liquid to move to the periphery and separated gas to pass near the axial center of the separation chamber. The separated gas passes to the well annulus and the liquid passes to the inlet of the submersible pump.
