    摘要: The array substrate comprises a transparent substrate and a film layer which covers the transparent substrate and which is provided with a groove, wherein the film layer is further provided with protrusions which extend from sidewalls of the groove and are away from a bottom surface of the groove; and wherein the groove is used for accommodating frame adhesive. The frame adhesive is injected into a surface of a film layer along the groove, and part of the frame adhesive can flow into the groove and fill the groove. After the frame adhesive is solidified, a clamping connection can be formed between the frame adhesive in the groove and the film layer, so that the frame adhesive and the array substrate can be connected with each other more firmly.

    摘要: A color filter and a manufacturing method thereof, as well as a liquid crystal display panel are disclosed. The color filter comprises a color resistance layer, a flat layer, and a first black matrix, wherein the flat layer is coated on the color resistance layer, and the first black matrix is arranged in the flat layer. According to the present disclosure, the critical angle of the color shift phenomenon of the color filter can be increased effectively, and thus the color shift phenomenon of the liquid crystal display panel under wide viewing angles can be alleviated.

    摘要: Disclosed is an etching method and a substrate. The etching method comprises: putting a substrate to be etched, which is coated with a photoresist layer, into an etching solution, and etching a metal layer of the substrate to be etched, to obtain a first substrate; and etching a first insulation layer of the first substrate with a reactive ion etching procedure, and then removing the photoresist layer, to obtain a substrate with a second insulation layer thereof being non-etched. The method is used to effectively prevent over-etching of the substrate that would be otherwise caused by an ICP etching procedure. This ensures homogeneity and reliability of the substrate obtained after etching.

    摘要: Disclosed is a touch display device which belongs to the technical field of displays, and solves the technical problem that the existing capacitive touch screens are thick. The touch display device comprises an array of common electrodes and a plurality of address lines, each of the common electrodes being connected to a drive circuit through an address line respectively. When an image is displayed, the common electrode is connected to a common voltage output end through the address line, and when a touch signal is scanned, the common electrode is connected to a touch signal processor through the address line.
