Abstract: Disclosed are a surge protection power supply clamping circuit, a chip and a communication terminal. The power supply clamping circuit comprises at least one driving unit and discharging unit; the discharging units are connected to the corresponding driving units respectively, and the driving units are connected to the same time delay unit respectively; the time delay units and the discharging units are connected to a power supply voltage and a ground line respectively. The driving units or the discharging units are sequentially controlled in the power supply voltage wiring direction, so that the sum values of an equivalent conduction resistance and an equivalent metal wiring resistance of respective discharging units are the same, and therefore, the uneven conduction of an NMOS transistor caused by different metal wiring resistances due to different metal wiring lengths of the NMOS transistor of each discharging unit can be counteracted.

Abstract: This invention presents a method and systems for beamforming in wireless communication comprising a base station with a plural of antennas and radio frequency transmitting and receiving chains, a plural of base band transmitting paths and base band receiving paths, and a processor that constructs a subspace for each user equipment using the principal angle information contained in partial channel state information obtained on channels associated with a part of the BS antennas, derives an analog beamforming matrix and/or an analog combining matrix from the subspaces of all the user equipment selected for communication with the base station to achieve analog beamforming, and further performs beamforming at the base band.

The basic reference membrane has one or more holes through the membrane's thickness, and the moveable reference membrane would be identical to the moveable functional membrane if the basic reference membrane does not have said one or more holes. The total area of said one or more holes is Ah, and a hole density HD is defined as Ah/Ao (%), and HD is in the range of e.g. from 0.012% to 2.647%.

Abstract: This invention presents methods for MU-MIMO wireless communication systems comprising a BS with plural of antennas placed as a linear array or planar array, plural of UEs, for conducting two-level signal processing at the BS to reduce the system implementation complexity, i.e., the RF precoding/combination and the baseband precoding/detection, for the BS to obtain the second-order statistical information of the channel matrix of each UE to computing the RF precoding matrix through a much smaller number of pilots than that of the transceiving antennas at the BS, where the second-order statistical information of the channel matrix can be obtained through the uplink reference signals or downlink reference signals plus uplink feedback.
