    摘要: A control panel and method of manufacturing a control panel that can be used with an electrically sensitive control device (e.g., a touch sensor, etc.) is disclosed. The control panel includes a substrate layer having a first surface and a second surface. A conductive coating is provided that is viewable from the first surface. The conductive coating defines at least one of a background area and a fill area. The background area is electrically isolated from the fill area. According to one embodiment, the background area and the fill area are both defined by the conductive coating.

A conductive material is deposited by vacuum deposition on at least one of the first face or the second face of the flexible supporting substrate. A flexible conductive circuit is formed on the conductive material by electrical discharge machining. The flexible conductive circuit defines a plurality of electrical component placement circuits to which electrical components may be attached. The flexible printed circuit can be rolled or folded. The flexible printed circuit can also be made in sizes much larger than is currently possible with other competing technologies.

    摘要: Methods for forming adsorbent laminate structures particularly for use in pressure swing adsorption processes and devices are disclosed. One disclosed embodiment comprises providing a metal or alloy support and depositing adsorbent material onto the support by electrophoretic deposition. Adsorbent material also may be deposited on plural strips, which are then assembled into a laminate structure along the support. Adsorbers also are described comprising first and second wire mesh sheets having adsorbent material deposited on a first major planar surface thereof. The first and second sheets are placed adjacent one another and spaced sufficiently to define a flow channel. Another disclosed embodiment comprises plural wire mesh sheets having adsorbent material deposited on both first and second major opposed planar surfaces thereof, the sheets being spaced from each other to define a gas flow channel. The adsorber may include ventilation gaps to provide ventilation between flow channels.
