Abstract:
An automatic scent dispersion device for providing an automatic scent dispersion system that automatically disperses hunting, cover, and training scent. The automatic scent dispersion device generally includes a waterproof case which houses the motor driven pump which derives its power from the battery source that delivers the power first to the switch which in turn delivers the power to the circuit board mounted precise angle sensor and when the precise angle switch circuit is open the self-priming pump is engaged which causes fluid to pass from the reservoir bottle through the rubber pick up line, through the prime relief T connector, into the pump and out the dispersion hose and exiting the dispersion nozzle.
Abstract:
A system and method for management of communication links between nodes in a wireless communication network (100). The system and method perform the operations of estimating an expected rate of change in the characteristics pertaining to communication over a communication link in the network (100), and assigning a value associated with the link based on the expected rate of change. The system and method also adjust the rate of change of the value associated with the link based on the condition of the link.
Abstract:
A digital audio processor for a digital audio receiver having an improved automute sequence is disclosed. The digital audio processor includes automute detection circuitry that monitors the amplitude of digital audio signals before and after the application of digital filters by digital audio processing circuitry. The amplitude of the input signals are compared against a first threshold level, while the amplitude of the output signals are compared against a second threshold level. In response to the amplitude of the input signals for all of the audio channels falling below the first threshold for a selected time period, a gain stage in each channel ramps down the volume to a mute level, and pulse-width-modulation circuitry is disabled. If the output signal amplitude falls below a second threshold for a channel, the pulse-width-modulation circuitry for that channel is disabled. Hysteresis for the input signal amplitude is preferably added into the automute exit determination.
Abstract:
A signal processing apparatus includes: (a) A signal treating unit for effecting signal treating functions to present a treated signal at an output. (b) A clock generator receiving a clock signal and using the clock signal for presenting an internal clock signal for use by the signal treating unit. (c) A clock simulating unit occasionally coupled with at least one of the clock signal and the clock generator provides a simulated clock signal generally similar to the internal clock signal when either of the clock signal or the internal clock signal is interrupted. (d) A control unit coupled with the signal treating unit, at least one of the clock signal input locus and the internal clock generator for selectively coupling one of the internal clock signal and the simulated clock signal for use by the signal treating unit.
Abstract:
A system and method for providing geographic location information to of at least one fixed reference device in a wireless network, the method comprising: determining a geographic location of the at least one fixed reference device within an image, such as a Geographic Information System (GIS) image, where the GIS image comprises a plurality of pixels each having an absolute geographic location value associated with it, and where the geographic location of the at least one fixed reference device is defined with respect to the absolute position values associated with at least one pixel that is proximal to an image of the at least one fixed reference device within the GIS image; and providing the determined geographic location information to the at least one fixed reference device.
