    摘要： A method and system for electronically facilitating real estate transactions by providing accurate representations of the loans a borrower is qualified to receive, which are based on actual data, rather than estimates. All actions required for completing the real estate transaction, from entry of the borrower information to the closing and funding of the loan, are seamlessly integrated. An automated underwriting engine is provided for generating a decision matrix based on user input and/or existing data. An appropriate loan is selected based on the decision matrix, and is communicated to a potential borrower. After a loan is selected, fulfillment processing is performed, and the loan is funded and closed.

According to one aspect of the invention, a method and apparatus is provided for extracting and storing text, image and/or location information of an electronic document. According to another aspect of the invention, a tag may be specified as label for a set of search and/or link (e.g., source and target) parameters, each having a set of "rules" associated therewith, for searching the stored text, image, and/or location information. According to yet another aspect of the invention, the set of parameters may include context (e.g., specified character/text patterns that may occur within and/or adjacent to one or more specified patterns) and/or location (e.g., a page number/range, a box on a page, a filename, tag, character/line offset, etc.) information/rules.

    摘要： There is provided a series of novel substituted gamma-lactams of Formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are defined herein, their pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use. These novel compounds inhibit the processing of amyloid precursor protein (APP) by β-secretase and, more specifically, inhibit the production of Aβ-peptide. The present invention is directed to compounds useful in the treatment of neurological disorders related to β-amyloid production, such as Alzheimer's disease and other conditions affected by anti-amyloid activity.

    摘要： A reversible shelf type vertical conveyor wherein a plurality of shelves are pivotally mounted between two endless chains that are driven by pairs of upper and lower sprockets, the shelves pivoted to a space saving vertical orientation during the return run and to a horizontal orientation during the working run. Positive control of the orientation of shelves is provided by pairs of rollers attached to the shelves which straddle a guide bars during the return run and ride within guide channels during the working run. During the transition between return and working runs at the top and bottom, shelves are held tight against bosses adjacent the sprockets. Each successive cycle pivots the shelves 180 degrees, and the shelves are symmetrical about their pivot axis.
