摘要: The present disclosure is concerned with controlling distributing of electrical power in a power distribution region. To effectively control the distribution of power in the distribution region, the substation of the region is provided with a distribution controller or Intelligent Substation Control System (ISCS). The distribution controller is connected to various process devices, which in turn are connected to primary devices of the region. The process devices send data corresponding to the primary devices to the distribution controller, and the distribution controller includes a processor which proposes a set of actions based on the received data. Further, the distribution controller includes a coordinating device which selects the final action from the set of proposed actions. The final action is implemented on the primary devices of the distribution region.

摘要: A controller for a compressor determines a characteristic variable for an overall flow to be supplied, and generates on the basis of this characteristic variable, by means of static functions, a first setpoint value for a row of inlet guide vanes or an inlet valve or a rotational speed of the compressor and a second setpoint value for a return valve. In a preferred embodiment of the subject-matter of the invention, the overall flow is set in a normal operating range by variation of the first setpoint value, and when a safety limit lying before a surge limit is exceeded is set by variation of the second setpoint value. Advantageously, the overall flow thereby changes continuously during the transition between these operating ranges. The simple controller dynamics also mean that the dynamics of the compressor unit are not further complicated, and the control system remains simple to design, put into operation and maintain.

摘要: A hair dye applicator for mixing dye gel and peroxide as needed. The hair dye applicator includes a housing having a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, a back wall and a pair of lateral side walls. A cartridge comprises a first tubular member and a second tubular member coupled together. Each of the tubular members has an open first end and a closed second end. Each of the second ends of the tubular member has a hole extending therein. An annular lip is integrally coupled to the second end and encompasses the holes in the second end. Dye gel is positioned in one of the tubular members and peroxide activator is positioned in the other of the tubular members. A coupling member removably couples the first end of the cartridge to the front wall of the housing. A generally hollow rod and has open first and second ends. A bracket member releasably secures the first end of the rod to the second end of the cartridge. The second end of the rod extends into and is fluidly coupled to a manifold. A plurality of conduits is fluidly coupled to and extends away from the front side of the manifold. An actuator assembly forces the gel dye and peroxide activator out of the cartridge and into the manifold.
