    摘要: A resistance measuring device includes an amplifying unit including an amplifier, a first and a second current supply unit, a voltage detection unit, and a controller. The controller controls the voltage detection unit to detect a first output voltage of an output terminal of the amplifier in a state where the current of the first current source flows in a forward direction to a measurement target resistor by controlling the first current supply unit, controls the voltage detection unit to detect a second output voltage of the output terminal of the amplifier in a state where the current of the second current source flows in a reverse direction to the measurement target resistor by controlling the second current supply unit, and calculates a resistance value of the measurement target resistor based on the detected first output voltage and the detected second output voltage.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an AC impedance measurement circuit with a calibration function, which is characterized in that only one calibration impedance is needed, associated with a switch circuit. Based on the measurement results of the two calibration modes, an equivalent impedance of the switch circuit, circuit gain and phase offset can be calculated. Based on the above results, the equivalent impedance of the internal circuit is deducted from the measurement result of the measurement mode to accurately calculate an AC conductance and a phase of the AC conductance for impedance to be measured. In addition, by adjusting a phase difference between an input sine wave signal and a sampling clock signal, impedance of the same phase and impedance of the quadrature phase can be obtained, respectively, and the AC impedance and phase angle of the impedance to be measured can be calculated.

    摘要: A method for detecting state of health of a battery of an electronic device is provided. An initial capacity of the battery is obtained when the battery is charged or discharged with a predetermined current and in a predetermined temperature, and a first State of Charge (SOC) value is calculated when the battery is discharged to a discharge cutoff voltage. An available capacity of the battery is calculated with the predetermined current and in the predetermined temperature based on a maximum capacity of the battery, the first State of Charge value, and a second State of Charge value, and a capacity fade is obtain based on a ratio of the available capacity and the initial capacity. Thus, the state of health is detected based on the capacity fade.

    摘要: A system and method (referred to as a method) to fabricate sensors and electronic circuits. The method prints a first thin-film having an electronic conductivity of about less than a millionth of a Siemens per meter and a permalloy directly onto the first thin-film. The permalloy has a magnetic permeability greater than a predetermined level and has a thickness within a range of about 1 to 20 microns. The system prints a second thin-film directly onto the permalloy to encapsulate the permalloy onto the first thin-film and prints conductive traces directly onto the surfaces of the first-thin-film, the permalloy, and the second thin-film. In some applications, a sensor is packaged in an additively manufactured three-dimensional cylindrical shape that can be mounted on or is a unitary part of a current carrying conductor without incising, sharing, or severing (e.g., cutting) the current carrying conductor or its insulation.

    摘要: Systems and methods for testing and/or operating remote devices are disclosed. The embodiments provide cost-effective, convenient, and flexible means for the sensing and/or probing of remote devices. Signals generated by remote devices may be received, analyzed, logged, and displayed, i.e., enhancements to the functionalities of an oscilloscope are achieved.
