摘要： A vented toilet system for use in a residential or commercial building. The vented toilet system comprises a toilet bowl and a vent cavity arranged adjacent to a top surface of the bowl. The system also comprises a water cavity arranged adjacent to and directly below the vent cavity. The system comprises a seat arranged on a top surface of the bowl and a toilet tank connected to the bowl. The system also comprises a wireless motion detection unit arranged adjacent to the toilet bowl, such that the operation of the vacuum pump is automatic. The wireless motion sensor may allow the vacuum pump to turn on immediately and remain on during duration of use of the toilet by the user. The vented toilet system also comprises a pipe or tube connected to the vent cavity, the pipe passes through either an existing wall or other structure to a vacuum pump and then to the outside of the structure in which the toilet is located.

摘要： A method and apparatus has been disclosed for grinding contour punch parts. The apparatus is capable of movement on six axes. The main features of the invention include stopping rotation of the part when a flat surface is desired to be ground on the part and moving it directly vertically upwardly with respect to the grinding wheel, thus forming a smooth flat surface on the part. The part is moved on three axes, laterally, horizontally and vertically with respect to the grinding wheel. In addition, a dressing apparatus, movable on two axes, is disposed behind the grinding wheel and maintains a desired surface upon the grinding wheel. The dressing surface may form a ramp surface on the grinding wheel that will create a ramp surface on the finished part.

摘要： An adjustable cam is disclosed for use in grinding apparatus of the type where a cam pivots a part holder into and away from a grinding wheel. The adjustable cam consists of a central portion having two adjustable portions fixed at its ends such that the adjustable portions can be moved towards and away from a center position to result in a cam having a desired length. By selecting an adjustable portion having a desired width and radius and adjusting the distance between the two adjustable portions, a cam can be achieved that roughly corresponds to the final desired dimensions of the cam quickly and inexpensively. Some finish grinding may then be necessary in order to ensure that the final cam has the exact desired dimensions.
