The invention relates to a method and to a corresponding system for controlling energy streams in order to connect operations of an electricity distribution network (1) and a heat distribution network (2) by means of an intermediate energy storage unit (3). According to the invention, the power balance and quality of current and voltage of the electricity distribution network (1) are adjusted by supplying the losses provided by adjustment of the electricity distribution network to the energy storage unit (3) in the form of heat, and from the energy storage unit the heat is extracted to the heat distribution network (2) according to the heat requirement of the heat distribution network.

The invention relates to an axial flux induction electrical machine comprising a frame, a shaft (1) bearing-mounted to the frame, a disc-like rotor (2) supported to the shaft, a stator (4) comprising a stator winding (3) and supported by the frame on the first side of the rotor in axial direction. The disc-like rotor (2) comprises a non-ferromagnetic rotor frame (8) fabricated of a material with high electrical conductivity and comprising a uniform inner periphery (9) and an outer periphery (10) and conductor bars (11) fabricated of the same material and galvanically connecting the peripheries (11), the conductor bars together with the inner and outer peripheries forming in addition to the rotor frame also the cage winding of the rotor. In addition, between the inner periphery and the outer periphery there is a plurality of ferromagnetic pieces (12) extending through the frame plate and being spaced apart from each other at an appropriate distance so that the radial conductor bars are appropriately located between the pieces. A process and apparatus for the manufacture of a cooking vessel, such as a frying pan (12) or a kettle from a metal blank. The vessel is manufactured by roll forming techniques by using a lower tool (3) that rotates around its axis (2), the form face (6, 7) of the lower tool being designed so that it corresponds to the outer surface of the thus created vessel, and an upper tool (5) that rotates around its axis (4), the surface (9, 10) of the upper tool having a profile that corresponds to the inner surface formed to the vessel. The blank is placed on the form face of the lower tool and the tools (3, 5) are then made to rotate so that the blank rotates along with the lower tool (3), and the surface of the upper tool (5) is in linear roll contact with the blank, whereby the metal is formed in the slot between the tools, spreading out into the desired form of the vessel. A vertical wall on the lower tool adjacent the blank may prevent the blank from becoming dislocated on the lower tool. First, a pressure sufficient to give the blank substantially the desired form of the cooking vessel is applied. Thereafter, the pressure is reduced to finish the surfaces of the cooking vessel. In the manufacture of the frying pan (12), the blank may be a straight piece of sheet, whereby the rising sides of the pan are formed in the roll forming with the blank spreading radially outwards at its edges. In connection with the forming, the outer and inner surface of the vessel can be provided with patterns consisting of protrusions and/or recesses.
