    摘要: An optical connector plug adapted to be freely and readily attached to or detached from either an SC or an FC connector adapter comprising a housing that couples to the adapter and attaches the plug to the adapter, a plug frame disposed within the housing, which plug frame supports a ferrule secured to one end of an optical fiber and a flange secured around the outside of the ferrule such that the ferrule and the flange can rotate around the axial center of the ferrule, and a plug holder, disposed inside the housing, for positioning the ferrule in relation to the housing by non-incrementally rotating the ferrule to any determinable angle in relation thereto, the plug holder having a coupling part that couples to a groove formed in the flange and is capable of rotating in relation to the plug frame around the center axis of the ferrule. A method for assembling an optical connector plug adapted to be attached to or detached from either an SC type or an FC type optical connector adapter is also disclosed wherein the step of grinding ferrule and optical fiber end faces is performed before the ferrule is inserted into a plug holder and plug frame. The method also includes the steps of aligning the optical fiber by non-incrementally rotating the plug holder in relation to the plug frame and then securing the plug holder to the plug frame.

Furthermore, the optical connector comprises: a ferrule including a flange having a largest width portion having directionality in a circumferential direction and a conical portion continuous to the front of the largest width portion; and a housing including a cavity having a cylindrical portion through which the largest width portion can pass freely, a housing unit arranged in front of the cylindrical portion for housing the largest width portion, and an inclined surface that is arranged at a junction between the cylindrical portion and the housing unit and inclines inward in the radial direction from the cylindrical portion toward the housing unit, wherein the point of the ferrule is protruded from the point of the housing by a predetermined amount and held, in the state that the ferrule is inserted into the housing from a rear end of the cylindrical portion and the largest width portion of the flange is housed in the housing unit.

    摘要: A sheet plasma film forming apparatus includes: a pressure reducing container; a plasma gun; an anode; plasma flowing means; a sheet plasma converting chamber as part of the pressure reducing container; a pair of permanent magnets which forms a sheet-shaped plasma; and a film forming chamber as a part of the pressure reducing container. The pressure reducing container includes first and second bottle neck portions that are openings of the film forming chamber formed such that the plasma flows from the sheet plasma converting chamber through the first bottle neck portion to the film forming chamber, and the flown sheet-shaped plasma flows through the second bottle neck portion to the anode. In the thickness direction of the sheet-shaped plasma, a size of the first and second bottle neck portions is smaller than an internal size of the film forming chamber.

    摘要: A plasma film deposition system increases plasma density and improves sputtering efficiency by not generating a corner of a sheet plasma and can be operated safely by preventing occurrence of the corner in sheet plasma.The system comprises: a plasma gun capable of discharging source plasma toward a transport direction; a sheet plasma deformation chamber; a pair of magnetic field generating means provided such that same polarities thereof face each other; a film deposition chamber; and a forming magnet coil provided upstream of the pair of magnetic field generating means in the transport direction. The magnetic field generating means and the forming magnet coil generate a magnetic field whose magnetic flux densities in the transport direction are substantially constant at portions of a transport center and their vicinity portions, the portions corresponding to the forming magnet coil and the magnetic field generating means.
