摘要: There is provided a welding method and a welding equipment, in each of which it is possible to detect a weld abnormality, moreover it is possible to detect a generation position and a length of that abnormality, and further it is possible to perform a repair of a weld abnormality part. After a weld start signal has been inputted, a case where a welding current and a welding voltage, which have been detected by a welding current/voltage detection means, are outside set ranges is made the weld abnormality by an abnormality discrimination means. An abnormality generation time instant and an abnormality termination time instant are calculated with a start signal input timing being made a time axis reference by a time instant calculation means. An abnormality generation position and an abnormality terminus position are operated from data of the time instants and a robot position information by an operation means.

摘要: The present invention provides an arc welding control system and method capable of simultaneously, sophisticatedly performing a weaving width control operation and a torch height control operation. Influence ratios (δw and δz) of influences of a torch height deviation (ΔPh) and a groove wall distance deviation (ΔPd) with respect to a manipulated variable (Δw) of a weaving width and a manipulated variable (Δz) of a torch height are set in accordance with a groove angle (θ) of a workpiece (5). A calculation unit (21) calculates the manipulated variables (Δz and Δw) of actuators (13 and 14) regarding the torch height and the weaving width such that the influence ratios (δw and δz) become large as the groove angle (θ) becomes large.

摘要: A fishing reel includes a drag adjustment mechanism comprising a plurality of drag washers in the form of friction plates mounted on a master gear shaft. The drag washers are urged into contact with a master gear that is selectively connectable to a spool shaft so that the master gear can rotate together with the master gear shaft and can slip relative thereto. A drag adjustment member is mounted on the master gear shaft and is operable to move the master gear shaft to urge the drag washers toward the master gear by pushing a ball bearing and a drag spring washer to thereby cause a drag adjustment. A drag preset member is mounted on the master gear shaft and is moveable along the master gear shaft to urge the drag washers toward the master gear by pushing the drag adjustment member, the ball bearing and the drag spring washer to thereby cause a drag adjustment.

摘要: There is disclosed a fishing reel drag mechanism for a spool shaft supported at both ends, comprising a pinion engaged with a master gear on a master gear shaft, a bearing for supporting the master gear shaft capable of axial movement relative to said master gear shaft but not rotation relative thereto, a ratchet wheel attached to an outer circumferential edge of the bearing which is engaged with the master gear by a one-way pawl arrangement, an a drag control arrangement which, when tightened, pushes the bearing inward on the master shaft, thus engaging the ratchet with the one-way pawl arrangement. When the spool is rotated in a reverse counterclockwise direction to pay out the fishing line, the pinion causes the master gear to rotate in a reverse counterclockwise direction. When the drag control lever is tightened down, so that the ratchet engages the one-way pawl, a braking force is applied to the master gear, thus braking the pinion and reel rotation. The magnitude of the braking force can be grossly adjusted with the drag control lever, and finally adjusted with the threaded presetting nut.

摘要: A drag control mechanism for use in a fishing reel of the type wherein a drag mechanism is mounted on a handle shaft to apply a drag force against a master gear comprises a drag control member mounted on the handle shaft, a drag pawl which engages or disengages from the drag control member, a reverse rotation preventing pawl which engages the ratchet wheel and a drag switch swingable between its ON and OFF states. When the drag switch is in its ON state, the drag pawl engages the drag control member to prevent the rotation thereof and the reverse rotation pawl disengages from the ratchet wheel to permit the reverse rotation of the shaft, so that the drag force of the drag mechanism is controlled by the movement of the drag control member relative to the shaft upon the rotation of the handle. When the drag switch is in its OFF state, the drag pawl disengages from the drag control member to permit its rotation with the shaft and the reverse rotation preventing pawl re-engages the ratchet wheel to prevent the reverse rotation of the shaft.

摘要: In a double bearing fishing reel, one end portion of the spool shaft rotatably supported between the right and left side frames of the reel body in such a manner as to be rotated with the handle is extended through a bearing hole formed in a male-threaded protrusion which is provided on one of the side frames, and a protrusion is formed on the cylindrical wall of a brake adjusting screw member which is threadably engaged with the male-threaded protrusion to abut against the spool shaft in the axial direction, while a retaining member is provided on the one side frame in such a manner that the protrusion and the retaining member are engageable with each other in the axial direction, whereby the brake adjusting screw member is restrained form loosening or coming off. Further, the reel has a plurality of supporting bars extending between the side frames, with one of the supporting bars at the upper portion of the reel body having a soft pad member on its upper surface to permit a thumb to be placed on the pad member when the reel is held by hand on the side opposite from the reel handle.
