    摘要: Systems and methods for measuring soil moisture are provided. The system can include a neutron sensor configured to be provided at a sampling location and comprising one or more neutron detectors configured to detect fast neutrons and thermal neutrons at the sampling location and a computing device including at least one data processor and a memory storing instructions configured to cause the processor to perform operations including: receiving, from the neutron sensor, a first electrical signal characterizing a count of fast neutrons at the sampling location and a second electrical signal characterizing a count of thermal neutrons at the sampling location, determining a ratio of fast neutrons to thermal neutrons present at the sampling location, determining a soil moisture measurement based on the ratio and providing the soil moisture measurement.

    摘要: A first set of data characterizing a spectrum of light emitted or reflected by an object is received from a linear light sensor. Each pixel of the linear light sensor corresponds to a specified range of light frequencies. The data includes a first intensity of each pixel at a first sample rate. A subset of pixels is classified as points of interest within the first set of data. A second sample rate of each pixel is determined for each of the subset of pixels. A second set of data characterizing the spectrum of the light is retrieved. The second set of data includes a second intensity of each of the subset of pixels at the second sample rate. The first set of data and the second set of data are combined to produce a third set of data characterizing the spectrum.

The at least one fluid flow regime modifier is disposed within the production tubing and is at least partially within a fluid column of the production tubing, the at least one fluid flow regime modifier is configured to reduce fluid fallback and impart a turbulent flow regime to at least a portion of the fluid column.
