    摘要: A method, management system, and management information system operated and maintained by a borrower for the plurality of its loan obligations in the form of a computer software system and database wherein the a borrower's loan transactions are recorded in the system and retained in the database for the plurality of its loans while exporting accounting entries to the borrower's other financial systems. Periodic interest is calculated by the system for verification against the lender's calculation. Payments of principal, accrued interest and escrow amounts are calculated and initiated for payment to a borrower's plurality of lenders by the system. The system retains a current balance for outstanding principal balance, accrued interest, escrow accounts, lender's commitment to lend and remaining interest reserve for each of a borrower's loan obligations. The system manages every practical method of loan servicing as commonly practiced in real estate lending and other industries.

    摘要: A method and system for the loading of patrons at multiple attractions at an entertainment environment includes the first-in first-out line and a priority based line. A patron can have an additional priority entry at a time selected by the patron to any one of the multiple attractions in the entertainment environment. There can be an entry selected by the patron to at least one of the multiple attractions in the entertainment environment, such entry being affected on a priority basis as selected by the patron. A patron can have an entry at a second time period selected by the patron to the second attraction in the entertainment environment. The second time period can overlap a first time period. Alternatively the second time period can be substantially close in time to the first time period, whereby the closeness in time under essentially normal conditions would be too close for use on a first attraction in the first time period and subsequent use on a second attraction in that second time period. There can be an additional entry at a time selected by the patron to at least one of multiple attractions in the entertainment environment. The additional entry can be at selected return times to multiple attractions and at available return times selected by the computer for the multiple attractions.

    摘要: A suspension system for magnetically suspending an object O comprises an electromagnetic coil L having an axially extending core 13 of magnetically permeable material and a permanent magnet 14 disposed on its axis. A permanent magnet 10 is also provided in the object O and is arranged such that it is in attraction with the permanent magnet 14 on the coil L, and with the magnetically permeable core 13 so that the object O is suspended at a position below the coil L by the attractive force. Sensors 15,16 on the coil L detect the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 10 in the object O, and provide signals to a control circuit, which applies current to the coil L to attract the object O when the detected field is below a predetermined limit and to repel the object when the detector field is above a predetermined limit. In this manner, the object O is held in position using a relatively low current, since the coil L is only energised when the object moves away from the position in which it is held by the field of the permanent magnets 10,14.

    摘要: Described herein is a method by which active millimeter wave radiation may be used to detect and identify the composition of concealed metallic, concealed non-metallic, concealed opaque or concealed semi-transparent materials based on their optical properties. By actively radiating a semi-transparent target anomaly with multiple millimeter wave radiation frequencies, the dielectric properties of the target anomaly can be identified. The dielectric properties of the target anomaly may then be compared to a library of dielectric properties attributed to semi-transparent materials of interest. This method will allow active millimeter wave radiation technology to identify the likely composition of targeted semi-transparent materials through absorption and illumination measurements attributed to the dielectric properties of the targeted composition.
