    摘要: In a SIBO boost converter, an inductor current flows from an input to ground through an inductor and a first switch to energize the inductor. The inductor releases energy stored thereof and the inductor current flows from the inductor to ground via a second switch and a first capacitor to charge the first capacitor and to produce a first positive output thereon. The inductor is energized by the input and the inductor current flows from the inductor to a third capacitor through two third switches to charge the third capacitor and to produce a second positive output thereon. The third capacitor is discharged through two fourth switches to charge a second capacitor of the capacitors to produce a negative output thereon. Timing for producing the second positive output is non-overlapped with timing for producing the negative output.

    摘要: A rapid shutdown device (RSD) includes: a logic-and-analog circuit; an RSD ID storage for storing an unique RSD ID; a control command receiving circuit for receiving and decode a control command including a combination of an all-RSD turn-on command, a single-RSD turn-on command and a to-be-tested RSD ID; a switch circuit connected to the logic-and-analog circuit; and a bypass circuit connected between two output terminals of the RSD. When the switch circuit is turned off, the bypass circuit is turned on. The logic-and-analog circuit controls the on/off state of the switch circuit according to a decoding result of the control command receiving circuit and the unique RSD ID stored in the RSD ID storage. When the switch circuit is turned on, an output voltage received from a photovoltaic module coupled to the RSD is outputted via the RSD.

    摘要: A rapid shutdown (RSD) control circuit includes: a RSD controller having first and second terminals coupled to first and second terminals of a photovoltaic cell module, respectively; a transistor having a gate coupled to the RSD controller, a source coupled to the second terminal of the photovoltaic cell module, and a drain; and a diode coupled between the drain of the transistor and the first terminal of the photovoltaic cell module. In a normal state, controlled by the RSD controller, the transistor is controlled to have a first impedance state and the photovoltaic cell module outputs an output power to an inverter. In a shutdown state, controlled by the RSD controller, the transistor and the diode are controlled as a variable impedance, and thus a voltage between the first terminal and the second terminal of the photovoltaic cell module is regulated to a desired voltage.
