摘要： A system and method for collecting a core sample. The system includes an outer cylindrical tube, a drive head, a drive shoe, a cooling chamber housed inside the outer cylindrical tube, insulation, a core sample liner, an inlet tube, and outlet tube. The drive shoe further comprises a first, second, and third step, the first step configured to receive the insulation, the second step configured to receive the cooling chamber, the third step configured to receive the core sample liner, wherein the first step has a diameter larger than the second step and the second step has a diameter larger than the third step. The method includes drilling a hole in the ground with a drilling tool, enclosing a core sample by a core sample liner, freezing the core sample via a cooling liquid, retrieving the drilling tool at a surface of the ground, and removing the core sample encased in the core sample liner from the cooling chamber.

摘要： Methods are described for communicating a reregistration timer to a mobile device. A request is received from a mobile device to establish an IP communication session so that the mobile device is able to communicate by way of a wireless communication network. An allocation component assigns an IP address to the mobile device, in addition to a lifetime value that indicates a length of time after which the IP communication session expires. A threshold value is determined, which is a length of time prior to the expiration of the IP communication session when the session is to be renewed to avoid expiration. Based on the lifetime value and the threshold value, an existing lifetime timer is set and communicated to the mobile device, along with the assigned IP address.

摘要： Knock down yard tools are provided which are made of flexible heavy duty sheet material joined to form a container for handling yard waste. Included are a truck bed carrier container, a skid container, a bagging container and a hand held carrier. In one embodiment, struts are provided which can be readily assembled to and disassembled from the sheet material to help hold the shape of the container. Preferably the struts are collapsible, and most preferably comprise sections held together and biased to assembly by elastic cord. In a preferred embodiment, a collection of such knock down yard tools are provided along with auxiliary tools for manipulating the yard waste and facilitate its placement in the knock down containers. The auxiliary tools include hand scoops a leaf press, and a gripper.

In embodiments, entries are recognized as sharing common information in an IPv4 and IPv6 binding table. The entries with common information are combined into one binding. Through the combining of the bindings, the IPv4 and IPv6 sessions are combined into one session.

The application, when executed on the mobile electronic device, selects the message for presentation on the mobile electronic device based on at least one of a location of the mobile electronic, a history based user profile associated with the mobile electronic device, and a selection criteria input into the mobile electronic device. The output device then presents the message.

摘要： A wireless communication device receives a router advertisement message transferred by a packet network node. The wireless communication device determines location information that corresponds to its geographic location. In response to the router advertisement message, the wireless communication device generates an acknowledgement message having a header extension that includes the location information. The wireless communication device wirelessly transmits the acknowledgement message for delivery to the packet network node.

A bonded multilayer cover may be employed which is received within a recess in an outer surface of the tire body element from the tire tread. 摘要： Methods and computer-readable media are provided to dynamically update a home agent with location-based information for a mobile device such that a third party, such as a law enforcement agency, may access the information to determine a location associated with the mobile device and, therefore, with the user of the mobile device. A signaling message is sent to a packet-routing component. The signaling message contains location-based information for a communications session. A transaction update is sent from the packet-routing component to the home agent each time the location-based information is updated, such as when the mobile device enters a new coverage area. A binding table is populated with the updated information. An acknowledgment is then sent from the home agent to the packet-routing component indicating that the information has been updated in the binding table. The third party is now able to access the location-based information via the home agent.

摘要： Wireless data message optimization for messages sent between a wireless device and a server that provides a service that the wireless device is authorized to access is provided using an application gateway that serves as a proxy between the wireless device and the server. The application gateway maps optimized service request messages generated by the wireless device to a service request message format expected by the server, and maps response messages generated by the server to an optimized response message format expected by the wireless device. The optimized message format is flattened by removing unnecessary message structure, eliminates unnecessary message fields, and uses default and enumeration encoding to reduce optimized message size.
