摘要: According to a method of controlling a refrigerator in accordance with the present invention, in the case in which a refrigerating chamber or a freezing chamber has to be cooled, the refrigerating chamber is primarily cooled up to a cooling temperature set higher than a target temperature region and the freezing chamber is then cooled. Accordingly, there is an advantage in that temperatures of the refrigerating chamber and the freezing chamber can be cooled to a temperature wanted by a user more rapidly.

摘要: Provided is a radiating apparatus of a built-in refrigerator that can improve heat radiation in a machine room of the refrigerator installed in a built-in cabinet. The radiating apparatus includes: a refrigerator body installed in a built-in cabinet; a machine room disposed at a rear lower side of the refrigerator body; a compressor installed at one side of the machine room; a condenser and a blower fan installed at the other side of the machine room; and an airflow guide member installed between the blower fan and the condenser, for guiding a suction of an external air toward the other side of the machine room and guiding a discharge of an air that has exchanged heat in the other side of the machine room.

摘要: A direct cooling type refrigerator capable of rapidly and accurately controlling the temperature thereof, reducing the ON/OFF time of its compressor, thereby preventing the temperature deviation of its storage compartment from increasing over a predetermined value. The refrigerator includes an outer casing defining an appearance of the refrigerator, an inner casing arranged within the outer casing, and defined with a storage compartment, an insulator interposed between the outer casing and the inner casing, a compressor for compressing a refrigerant, an evaporator arranged to be in contact with the inner casing, and adapted to cool the inner casing in accordance with evaporation of a refrigerant passing therethrough, a temperature sensor provided with a surface contact area closely contacting the inner casing, and adapted to sense a temperature of the inner casing, and a control unit for controlling the compressor in accordance with the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor.

摘要: There are provided a refrigerator and a method of controlling the same. When a difference between a temperature of an inside of a freezer compartment and a set temperature is referred to as a first error temperature and when a difference between a temperature of an inside of a refrigerator compartment and the set temperature is referred to as a second error temperature, the method of controlling a refrigerator includes varying stroke of an inverter linear compressor to operate the inverter linear compressor by a maximum output when the first or second error temperature is higher than a maximum output temperature and varying the stroke of the inverter linear compressor at least once in a freezer or refrigerator cycle one period to operate the inverter linear compressor when the first or second error temperature is no more than the maximum output temperature.

摘要: According to a method of controlling a refrigerator in accordance with the present invention, after the refrigerating chamber and the freezing chamber are operated at the same time, refrigerant recovery is performed and the refrigerating chamber is then cooled. Accordingly, imbalance due to the pressure difference between the refrigerating chamber evaporator and the freezing chamber evaporator can be solved. Further, there is an advantage in that the refrigerating chamber can be cooled rapidly since refrigerant is supplied to the refrigerating chamber smoothly.

摘要: According to a method of controlling a refrigerator in accordance with the present invention, a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber are cooled at the same time, one and the other of the refrigerating chamber and the freezing chamber are cooled sequentially, and refrigerant recovery is then performed. Accordingly, upon initial start-up of a refrigerator, a temperature within each chamber can be cooled more rapidly through simultaneous cooling. Further, when a compressor is actuated again after being off, refrigerant can be supplied to each evaporator smoothly through a refrigerant recovery step. Accordingly, there is an advantage in that the cooling performance of a freezing cycle can be improved.

摘要: A sealing structure for a refrigerator is provided. The structure includes a gasket formed at a door of the refrigerator and at least two air pockets provided in the gasket. There is at least one connector, which separates the at least two air pockets from each other, and first convection cut-off members provided inside of the at least two air pockets. Additionally, the seal structure includes an inner case provided at an interior side of the refrigerator; a door liner, which lines the door, provided at an interior side of the refrigerator; and an air dam provided between the inner case and the door liner. Further, second convection cut-off members are provided in the air dam.
