    摘要: A method for preparing a high-hardness anti-bacterial PVD film by deposition of a first anti-bacterial film layer on a workpiece with W—Ti alloy material, wherein W has high hardness and an extremely strong anti-bacterial property, and the combination of Ti and W can facilitate adhesion during the deposition of the anti-bacterial film, thus enhancing the PVD film effect; a second anti-bacterial film layer deposited on the W—Ti anti-bacterial film is W—Ti—Ag, and the addition of nano-silver in the second anti-bacterial film layer can enhance the anti-bacterial effect, and the high hardness of W can protect nano-silver; because of the anti-bacterial property of W itself, only a small amount of nano-silver needs to be added in the outermost layer, and as the price of W is lower than nano-silver in the market, the technical solution can lower the production cost of anti-bacterial film.

    摘要: A method for preparing an anti-bacterial anodic oxide film on the surface of aluminum materials, comprising pretreatment, polishing, anodic oxidation, dyeing and sealing, wherein the surface of polished aluminum materials is smooth but has undulating waves and holes; in the dyeing after oxidation, a nano-sized dye is filled in the undulating waves and holes on the surface of aluminum materials, so if nano-silver is uniformly mixed in the dye in the process, the dye on the surface of aluminum materials will contain nano-silver finally and it will protect nano-silver from wearing during use; the dye-filled waves on the surface of aluminum materials are sealed via a sealing process finally, i.e., the dye is sealed in the surface of aluminum materials; at last, the surface of aluminum materials can be turned into desired colored patterns according to actual needs, and the nano-silver provides the anodic oxide film with anti-bacterial effect.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing a bactericidal film having a silicon nitride binding layer on silicone. The whole process does not need high temperature, the film layers are plated without damaging the silicone. A binding film layer is plated using a silicon target and nitrogen, and a carrier layer is plated using the silicon target and acetylene gas. A silver target is initiated to allow silver ions to be uniformly distributed to form a bactericidal film layer. The silver target is kept sputtering to enable the silver ions to be uniformly distributed on the bactericidal layer, thus forming a composite layer with prominent bactericidal and antimould effects. The present disclosure protects a furnace from being damaged by avoiding the introduction of oxygen during production and prevents the generation of silver oxide caused by the residual oxygen in the furnace during the silver target's sputtering.

    摘要: A method for preparing a bactericidal film having a silicon nitride binding layer on plastic, wherein the whole process does not need high temperature, and the film layers are plated without damaging the plastic. A binding film layer is plated using a silicon target and nitrogen, and a carrier layer is plated using acetylene gas. A silver target is initiated to allow silver ions to be uniformly distributed to form a bactericidal film layer. The workpiece is hung on the hanging rack during the plating process, which allows the rotation and revolution of the workpiece to be simultaneously achieved, thus realizing a uniform plating during the target's sputtering while avoiding damage to the workpiece due to local high temperature. The present disclosure remains the appearance and various properties of plastic, achieves an ideal bactericidal effect, a convenient preparation and a low investment of equipment, and has a wide application range.

    摘要: The invention basically includes an outer layer made of flexible sheets of synthetic resinous or impervious materials, and/or rigid and/or semi-rigid materials while the wrapping of each article may be held inside the packaging system by flexible linkages. The portion of the wrapping that is not directly wrapping the article should be considered as the flange of the wrapping which will become the “linkage” in the glossary of this invention. The wrapping may be designed with openings for the protruded, fragile or sharp members of the article to avoid damage to these parts. The wrapping may be made as a closed cell and a negative pressure (vacuum) may be applied to securely grasp the article. For those articles that are not suited for tight wrap, certain fluids (e.g., air) may be provided to the inside of the sealed wrapping to counteract the inflation pressure at the outside of the wrapping.
