    Abstract: A kinetic power generation unit improves the magnetic field of an electric motor and the magnetic field of a power generator into a same magnetic field coupling of a same rotor, so that the rotors of electric motor and the power generator have the same rotational direction, and an exciting winding of the electric motor changes and transmits phases sequentially to a phase voltage by a brushless drive controller, so that an interference effect on the counter electromotive force of the electric motor and the counter-electromotive force of the power generator is changed to a positive effect.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a gas combustor, comprising: a gas intake valve, the bottom of a valve tube axially formed in a valve member is installed with a filter member, a first spring is installed above the filter member and inside the valve tube, the top of a valve pin is protruded out of a tube opening formed at and communicated with the top of the valve tube, a plug outwardly protruded at the bottom of the valve pin is abutted against the first spring, the plug is enabled to seal the tube opening through the first spring being stretched, and when the top of the valve pin is axially subject to a force, the valve pin and the plug are downwardly moved, the first spring is compressed thereby enabling the tube opening to be opened.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a main body made of a GaN-based semiconductor material, and at least one electrode structure.     Abstract: A panel light frame is revealed. Each of two ends of a second frame strip is inserted between a pressing end surface and a top end surface of a first frame strip. A front edge of the second frame strip is leaning against the pressing end surface of the first frame strip and an outer end surface of the second frame strip is leaning against the top end surface of the first strip. Thus connection end surfaces of the first and the second frame strip are connected to and positioned by each other. Thereby light from light emitting modules is shielded by the connection end surfaces for preventing light leakage. Moreover, the first and the second frame strips are against, supported and positioned by each other and this makes the connection of the frame strips more convenient. The panel light frame has higher practical value.

    Abstract: In an exemplary hidden refresh method for a pseudo SRAM, a system clock is received. A duty-on period of the system clock signal is adapted for performing a data access operation such as write or read operation. A refresh clock signal subjected to the control of the system clock signal is generated. A duty-on period of the refresh clock signal is non-overlapped with the duty-on period of the system clock signal. A refresh control pulse then is triggered by a starting edge of the duty-on period of the refresh clock signal to activate a word line, for performing a refresh operation.
