摘要： Based on a driver programmable stencil reference value command, stencil reference value logic produces a plurality of stencil reference values for a corresponding plurality of pixels or pixel samples. At least one of the plurality of stencil reference values has a different value than at least one other of the plurality of stencil reference values. The driver programmable stencil reference value command may include a reference to instruction data or instruction data itself such that the graphics processing logic produces the plurality of stencil reference values based on the instruction data. Stencil logic performs a stencil test on the produced plurality of stencil reference values with respect to or without reference to a previously produced plurality of stencil values. Stencil logic performs stencil operations based on the result of the stencil test.

摘要： An apparatus and method for processing pixel depth information eliminates stalling of data in a pixel pipeline, by performing late Z processing for one or more pixels currently in the pixel pipeline and early Z processing for one or more pixels entering the pixel pipeline. The apparatus and method also includes determining whether the late Z processing for the one or more pixels currently in the pixel pipeline has been completed. The apparatus and method also includes solely performing early Z processing for subsequent pixels entering the pixel pipeline responsive to determining that late Z processing for the one or more pixels currently in the pixel pipeline has been completed. The methods and apparatus, facilitates concurrent processing of early and late Z data to avoid flushing portions of the pixel pipeline.

摘要： A system and method are disclosed for providing multiple broadcasts of audio information to spectators attending a sporting event. The system comprises radio receivers for picking up broadcasts of local and non-local events, a transmitter and antenna for transmitting the broadcasts within a predetermined frequency range to a limited area surrounding the local event. Radios provided to spectators attending the event are a FM narrow-band receiver for accessing the multiple broadcasts transmitted within the predetermined frequency range.
