The method includes: setting and updating a maximum synchronization time point according to a preset maximum synchronization time; selecting an output data frame according to a comparison result between the decoding time stamp of the current data frame for each data frame channel in the multimedia file and the maximum synchronization time point in combination with the order of byte offset location values of the current data frames for each data frame channel; and fetching the output data frame via searching a position in the multimedia file according to the byte offset location value of the selected output data frame to obtain an original stream audio and video frame queue.

    摘要: Systems and methods for video coding using spatio-temporal texture synthesis are described. In one aspect, a video data coding pipeline portion of the codec removes texture blocks from the video data to generate coded video data. The removed texture blocks are selected based on an objective determination that each of the remove texture blocks can be synthesized from spatio-temporal neighboring samples during decoding operations. The objective determinations are made using local block-based motion information independent of global motion models. An indication of which texture blocks were removed is provided to a decoder in addition to the coded video data. Decoding logic of the codec decodes the video data using a standard decoding algorithm. The decoding logic also restores the removed texture blocks via spatio-temporal texture synthesis to generate synthesized video data. The decoded and synthesized video data is presented to a user.

An Open Circuit Voltage, OCV, of the battery a time interval after the completion of the application of the second or subsequent pulse is used to determine the SOC of the battery as a function of OCV.

    摘要: Systems and methods for video coding using spatio-temporal texture synthesis are described.     摘要: A method, electronic device, computer program product, system and circuit assembly are provided for allocating one or more redundant pictures by taking into consideration the information content of the primary pictures, with which the redundant pictures would be associated. In particular, primary pictures that are determined to be more sensitive to transmission loss or corruption may be allocated one or more redundant pictures, while those that are less sensitive may not be so allocated. By selectively allocating redundant pictures to only those primary pictures that are more sensitive, the method disclosed reduces the amount of overhead associated with redundant pictures and increases the coding efficiency, without sacrificing the integrity of the video data.
