Abstract:
An arrangement is provided for the adjustment of the position of a take-up drum and a hold-down of an agricultural harvesting machine. A first actuator is arranged for the movement of the take-up drum relative to the harvesting machine between an operating position and a non-operating position, a second actuator arranged for the adjustment in height of the hold-down relative to the take-up drum and a control arrangement connected with the actuators. The control arrangement is designed to control the second actuator in the sense of a downward movement of the hold-down when it controls the first actuator to bring the take-up drum into the non-operating position.
Abstract:
A pressure-relief valve is provided. The pressure-relief valve having a valve body with a passage that can be closed by a moving closure element. An electromagnet is mounted detachably on the valve body and interacts with an armature in driving connection with the closure element. A spring interacts with the closure element the bias tension of which can be changed by an adjustment element that can be moved manually relative to the valve body. The adjustment element and the valve body are constructed such that a manual change of the bias tension of the spring by means of the adjustment element is then possible only when the electromagnet is detached from the valve body. Also provided is a round baler employing such a pressure-relief valve.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a round baling press having a baling press chamber and a door arranged in the rear section of the baling press chamber. The door is movable along a path between a closed position, in which the door extends along the back side of the baling press chamber, and an open position in which a completely formed bale can be ejected from the baling press chamber. The baling press further includes at least one sensor providing information on the position of the door. The sensor provides a signal value which contains information on the respective position of the door along its path of movement.
