The sensor apparatus (3, 10, 11, 12) extends at least along a line which is transverse with respect to the direction (R) of relative movement downstream of the heat source (2, 7, 13, 14) as seen in the direction (R) of relative movement, in order to measure the temperature distribution along at least this line.
