摘要： This invention provides methods and compositions for increasing the efficiency of obtaining pluripotent stem cells, the method comprising expressing a 133p53 in cells that are being re-programmed to obtain pluripotent cells. The invention also provides method of inhibiting the proliferation of cancer stem cells, the method comprising suppressing expression of 133p53 in the cells.
