摘要： This carding engine is improved in an opening and dust extracting part and a doffer part. The opening and dust extracting part has an evener roller rotatably disposed adjacent the cylinder roller and the taker-in roller, and a perforated casing partially covering the underside of the taker-in roller. The doffer part has a stripping roller disposed above the doffer and its surface cooparates with the doffer surface and also has a pair of deflectors disposed between the stripping roller and a pair of press rollers to deflect both edges of a web travelling from the stripping roller toward the press rollers. In cooperation with these two parts, the spinning productivity is greatly enhanced.

摘要： An automatic doffing apparatus adapted for use with spinning machinery having a plurality of spinning units arranged in sideby-side relation, for doffing full packages one by one from the respective spinning units during operation of the spinning machinery while travelling along the front of the spinning machinery. The doffing apparatus includes a rotary doffer, which comprises a cam for releasing a bobbin holder of each spinning unit holding the full package, a first package receiving and transporting plate for demounting the package from the bobbin holder and receiving the demounted package, and a second package receiving and transporting plate for receiving the demounted package from the first package receiving and transporting plate and transporting it to a predetermined position, from which the full packages are transferred to a package container. Both the plates are associated with respective cams so that they perform their abovedescribed functions sequentially according to a predetermined program.

摘要： A system for cleaning a spinning chamber of a ringless spinning machine having spinning units each provided with a body, a feed roller, a combing roller and a rotary spinning chamber and adapted to control the feed roller by the actuation of a yarn breakage sensing feeler. The body which holds the spinning chamber of the spinning unit is tilted to stop the rotation of the spinning chamber when a yarn breakage occurs. A suction is first applied to the spinning chamber to discharge the fibers remaining therein. Then compressed air is charged into the spinning chamber to loosen the residual material adhering to the inner wall surface of the spinning chamber, this loosened material being then discharged by the suction.
