    摘要: Vibratory screening machines that include stacked screening deck assemblies are provided. In some embodiments, at least one of the vibratory screening machines can include an outer frame, an inner frame connected to the outer frame, and a vibratory motor assembly secured to the inner frame for vibrating the inner frame. A plurality of screen deck assemblies can be attached to the inner frame in a stacked arrangement, each configured to receive replaceable screen assemblies. The screen assemblies can be secured to respective ones of the plurality of the screen deck assemblies by tensioning the screen assemblies in a direction that a material to be screened flows across the screen assemblies. An undersized material discharge assembly can be configured to receive materials that pass through the screen assemblies, and an oversized material discharge assembly can be configured to receive materials that pass over the screen assemblies.

In one implementation, a two-piece baffle assembly configured to be positioned around discharge nozzles of a centrifuge separator includes a first segment and a second segment configured to attach to the first segment. The first segment includes a first baffle, a second baffle, and a first discharge gap formed between the first baffle and the second baffle. The second segment includes a frame having an arcuate shape, a third baffle extending inwardly relative to the arcuate frame, a fourth baffle extending inwardly relative to the arcuate frame, and a second discharge gap formed between the third baffle and the fourth baffle.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a screen basket apparatus includes a substantially vertical cylindrical frame and a synthetic screening surface secured to the frame. The synthetic screening surface may be configured to separate carbon or resin from a slurry of a carbon-in-leach, carbon-in-pulp, resin-in-leach, or resin-in-pulp material as fluid flows from outside to inside the screen basket apparatus such that carbon or resin is retained on an external surface of the synthetic screening surface. The cylindrical frame may be a grid frame and the synthetic screening surface may include a plurality of replaceable screen assemblies attached to the grid frame. The grid frame may include a plurality of openings and each of the plurality of openings is configured to receive a respective one of the plurality of replaceable screen assemblies. The synthetic screening surface may include injected molded thermoplastics, thermoset polyurethanes, and/or other polymeric materials.
