    摘要: Vibratory screening machines that include stacked screening deck assemblies are provided. In some embodiments, at least one of the vibratory screening machines can include an outer frame, an inner frame connected to the outer frame, and a vibratory motor assembly secured to the inner frame for vibrating the inner frame. A plurality of screen deck assemblies can be attached to the inner frame in a stacked arrangement, each configured to receive replaceable screen assemblies. The screen assemblies can be secured to respective ones of the plurality of the screen deck assemblies by tensioning the screen assemblies in a direction that a material to be screened flows across the screen assemblies. An undersized material discharge assembly can be configured to receive materials that pass through the screen assemblies, and an oversized material discharge assembly can be configured to receive materials that pass over the screen assemblies.

    摘要: A basket system for a shale shaker includes a front, solids discharge end and a rear, feed end, spaced apart by opposed first and second sides. The feed end includes a fluid retaining wall. A first screen deck frame is mounted or mountable to the basket for supporting a screening surface and forming a first screen deck in use. The screening surface of the first screen deck has a lower, feed receiving end that is proximal to the fluid retaining wall at the rear end of the basket and a distal, higher, solids discharge end at the front end of the basket. The basket further includes at least one mounting for mounting at least one additional screen deck frame above or below the first screen deck frame.

    摘要: A mobile mineral material processing plant is adaptively coupled to a screen module using an elongated coupling base that has first and second adapters to respectively detachably attach together a screen module, one or more exit conveyors and to detachably attach the screen module and the one or more exit conveyors to the plant. The first adapter pivotably couples to the plant on laterally moving the plant to engage with a first connector of the first adapter. The second adapter allows an actuator to lift the screen module with the coupling base so that the screen module pivots from ground about the pivotable coupling to an inclined operating configuration. The coupling base is angled to horizontally align a reject conveyor in the inclined operating configuration.
