摘要: An air knife includes a housing having a first end, a second end spaced from the first end in a longitudinal direction, a side wall extending from the first end to the second end, an interior, an entrance aperture configured to be connected to a source of pressurized air to increase a pressure of air inside the housing and an exit aperture. A nozzle is located at the exit aperture and has a nozzle inlet in fluid communication with the exit aperture and also has a nozzle outlet. A plurality of baffles are located in the interior of the nozzle, and each of the baffles is angled relative to the longitudinal direction. Also an assembly of a plurality of the air knives.

摘要: A folding feeder hopper includes a locking assembly and side walls, which are configured to lock themselves when unfolded or deployed for operation. The locking assembly has a first locking device provided on the side wall and configured to engage with a second locking device provided on a support assembly. The second locking device includes an elastic element and retaining members on front and rear ends of the hopper for providing alignment to the side walls when they move between locked and unlocked positions. A method for locking the side walls in a deployed position is also provided.

摘要: Particles are sterilized by application of a sterilizing agent such as UV light while singulated by forming them into a stream in at least one duct carried on a body rotating around an axis where the duct is shaped so that the particles are accelerated to cause the particles separated into the duct to be aligned one after another in a row in the duct. The parameter of the particles are measured in the aligned stream one after the other and the particles are directed into one of a plurality of paths as determined by the measurement. In one arrangement the body comprises a disk member having a front face facing a supply conduit and the duct lies in a radial plane of the disk member. In one arrangement the measurement of the parameter is carried out by one or more measurement devices either carried on the disk or outside the edge of the disk.

摘要: Vibratory screening machines that include stacked screening deck assemblies are provided. In some embodiments, at least one of the vibratory screening machines can include an outer frame, an inner frame connected to the outer frame, and a vibratory motor assembly secured to the inner frame for vibrating the inner frame. A plurality of screen deck assemblies can be attached to the inner frame in a stacked arrangement, each configured to receive replaceable screen assemblies. The screen assemblies can be secured to respective ones of the plurality of the screen deck assemblies by tensioning the screen assemblies in a direction that a material to be screened flows across the screen assemblies. An undersized material discharge assembly can be configured to receive materials that pass through the screen assemblies, and an oversized material discharge assembly can be configured to receive materials that pass over the screen assemblies.

摘要: A basket system for a shale shaker includes a front, solids discharge end and a rear, feed end, spaced apart by opposed first and second sides. The feed end includes a fluid retaining wall. A first screen deck frame is mounted or mountable to the basket for supporting a screening surface and forming a first screen deck in use. The screening surface of the first screen deck has a lower, feed receiving end that is proximal to the fluid retaining wall at the rear end of the basket and a distal, higher, solids discharge end at the front end of the basket. The basket further includes at least one mounting for mounting at least one additional screen deck frame above or below the first screen deck frame.

The coupling base is angled to horizontally align a reject conveyor in the inclined operating configuration.
