    摘要: A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag includes a data receiving microchip, a radio frequency (RF) circuit, a microcontroller and an indication circuit. The data receiving microchip receives an identification code from an RFID reader. The radio frequency (RF) circuit receives an inquiry command from the RFID reader. The microcontroller electronically connects the data receiving microchip, the RF circuit, and the indication circuit. If the inquiry command is identical with the identification code or a predetermined part of the identification code, the microcontroller turns on the indication circuit.

The control unit includes a RFID tag, a storage, a switch, and a microcontroller. The switch outputs a first control signal to the microcontroller if the package is opened, the microcontroller outputs an open status signal and a corresponding real-time clock (RTC) signal to the storage according to the first control signal, the RFID tag sends the open status signal and the corresponding RTC signal from the storage to the RFID reader in due course.

    摘要: A detection unit positioned on a package includes a magnet, a first magnetic switch, a second magnetic switch, a processor, and a clock. The first magnetic switch outputs a first control signal or a second control signal according to magnetic flux density of the magnet. The second magnetic switch outputs a third control signal or a fourth control signal according to the magnetic flux density of the magnet. The first control signal is the same as the third control signal; the second control signal is the same as the fourth control signal. When the processor receives the first control signal and the third control signal at the same time, the processor reads a first real-time clock (RTC) signal from the clock. When the processor receives the second control signal and the fourth control signal at the same time, the processor reads a second RTC signal from the clock.

    摘要: A monitoring system for a parking space includes a number of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, a monitor, a data transceiver, and a data center. The monitor corresponds to one of the parking spaces and is positioned in the parking space. When the monitor identifies an RFID tag within the parking space, the monitor records an occupied state of the parking space. When the monitor identifies the RFID tag is no longer within the parking space, the monitor records a vacant state of the parking space. The data center communicates with the monitors using the data transceiver, and stores the vacant state and/or the occupied state of the parking space.
