摘要: A method is provided for controlling traffic in a parking environment comprising at least one parking space and used by at least a first group of manually operated traffic participants and a second group of automatically operated traffic participants. A central control device by considering current status information of traffic participants as determined by sensors and/or transmitted by the traffic participants, determines instruction information for each traffic participant. The instruction information describes the future operation of each traffic participant in a common route planning for all traffic participants using the parking environment. The central control device transmits the instruction information, via a communication link, to at least one part of the traffic participants. The instruction information is used for outputting information and/or automatically controlling each traffic participant.

An exemplary data hub comprises an annunciator configured to generate indications; a sensor configured to detect a zone comprising a plurality of parking spaces and to determine whether or not one or more vehicles and/or one or more pedestrians are present, the sensor further configured to emit one or more signals corresponding to said detection; a processor in communication with the annunciator and the sensor, the processor configured to receive the one or more signals from the sensor and operable to direct the annunciator to generate an indication in response to the signal; and a sensor unit housing having at least portions of the annunciator, the sensor, and the processor located therein, the sensor unit configured to attach to a device such that power supplied to the device is also used to supply power to the data hub.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for monitoring a parking space with a sign. A sensor monitors the parking space and generate sensor data. A short-range transceiver receives a vehicle identification key and communicates over a short-range communication channel. A processor module is communicatively coupled with the sensor and the short-range transceiver. The processor module is configured to determine whether a vehicle in the parking space is an approved vehicle or an unapproved vehicle based on at least one of the sensor data and the vehicle identification key. The processor module generates a first notification when the the approved vehicle is in the parking space and a second notification when unapproved vehicle is in the parking space. The first and second notifications are transmitted by the short-range transceiver over the short-range communication channel.
