    摘要: The clutch disc for a motor vehicle friction disc clutch comprises a hub provided with an external toothing, and two hub discs of which a first hub disc carries on its internal circumference an internal toothing meshing with play in rotation in the external toothing and the other hub disc is connected non-rotatably and without play in rotation with the hub. Axially on both sides of the first hub disc, side discs are connected with clutch friction linings to form a unit mounted rotatably on the hub. Radially within a zone defined by damping springs of the under-load vibration damper, there are provided, axially between the side discs, damping spring of an idling vibration damper which couple the hub disc through the damping springs with the second hub disc.

    摘要: The clutch disc for a motor vehicle friction clutch comprises a friction damper with friction linings resiliently braced in axially between disc parts. The friction linings have surface regions with different coefficients of friction which can be brought into operative engagement according to choice by control means for the adjustment of the friction torque of the friction damper. In this way the friction torque can be adjusted for the compensation of construction tolerances of the clutch disc, without variation of the spring stress of the friction damper.

    摘要: The clutch disc for a motor vehicle friction clutch comprises a friction lining carrier mounted rotatably on a hub, a torsional vibration spring means and a torsional vibration friction damper. The friction damper is arranged between side discs of the friction lining carrier and includes a spring of annular disc form and at least one friction ring seated in the support path. The installation height of the axially acting spring is variable after the assembly of the clutch disc, by an adjusting device. The adjusting device can be two adjusting elements rotatable in relation to one another, which vary the installation height of the spring by steps or steplessly. The adjusting device can also comprise permanently deformable adjusting elements or adjusting elements seated with press fit on the hub.

    摘要: The clutch disc for a motor vehicle friction disc clutch comprises a hub part from which a hub flange provided with radially outwardly protruding teeth protrudes radially. A disc part provided with clutch friction linings which comprises an annular disc provided with radially inwardly protruding teeth is mounted rotatably on the hub part. The teeth of the hub flange and the annular disc engage in one another with play in the circumferential direction. The annular disc and the hub flange comprise at least one pair of mutually radially opposite apertures each having two stop faces directed towards one another in the circumferential direction. The stop faces, preferably of the annular disc extend over substantially the entire radial height of a spring arranged in the aperture of this part. The spring is supported on the stop faces of the other part through a retaining stirrup piece which is U-shaped seen in the circumferential direction. The retaining stirrup piece has legs on both axial sides which hold the spring in the circumferential direction between them. The spring couples the annular disc rotationally elastically with the hub disc in idling operation.

    摘要: In a friction clutch unit the axial travel of the presser plate with respect to the clutch housing is axially limited. The presser plate is connected for common rotation with the clutch housing by a plurality of tangential leaf spring elements. These leaf spring elements allow axial travel of the presser plate with respect to the clutch housing, when the clutch housing is separated from the respective driving disc. A main spring is provided which is supported on the clutch housing and acts onto the presser plate. This main spring urges the presser plate away from the clutch housing. In order to restrict the travel of the presser plate under the action of the main spring stop elements are provided axially between the spring elements and the clutch housing and tangentially between the two ends of the respective leaf spring elements, namely nearer to that end of the respective leaf spring element which is fixed to the clutch housing. In assembling the friction clutch one can preassemble the presser plate with the leaf springs and thereafter insert the presser plate with the leaf springs into the clutch housing. Hereupon the free ends of the leaf springs are fixed to the clutch housing. The insertion of the presser plate with the leaf springs into the clutch housing requires only an axial movement of the presser plate with respect to the clutch housing along the common axis of the clutch housing and the presser plate.

A torsional vibration spring means is arranged in the torque transmission path between the friction lining carrier and the hub. A torsional vibration damper comprises at least two friction elements lying axially resiliently flat against one another. One of the friction elements is connected non-rotatably with the hub and the other friction element is connected non-rotatably with the friction lining carrier. One of the friction elements is held displaceably in the radial direction, along the friction face of the other friction element, on the hub or the friction lining carrier. By radial adjustment of the friction element the friction torque can be adjusted and construction tolerances of the clutch disc can be compensated.

    摘要: In a multiple disk clutch, a first clutch disk is located between a flywheel which forms a counter-pressure plate and an intermediate plate and a second clutch disk is located between the intermediate plate, on the opposite side from the first clutch disk, and a pressure plate. The two clutch disks are attached to an output shaft so they rotate with but are axially slidable relative to the shaft. A spring acting on the intermediate plate lifts the intermediate plate when the clutch is disengaged. A lifting distance limitation device is associated with the intermediate plate and limits its lifting distance. The limitation device includes a self-acting readjustment device which readjusts the lifting distance as a function of the wear on the friction linings of the first clutch disk. A spring member extends between the intermediate plate and the pressure plate and acts on the intermediate plate in the engagement direction when the clutch is being engaged.
