    摘要： A magnetic core actuator includes a housing, formed of a non-magnetic material, having a generally tubular shape; a coil, which includes a left hand portion and a right hand portion, wherein each portion, when energized, generates a magnetic field wherein the magnetic fields generated by the left hand portion and the right hand portion have like fields facing one another; and a pair of magnetic armatures, including a left hand armature and a right hand armature, retained in said housing, wherein said magnetic armatures are mounted with like poles facing one another within said housing, said magnetic armatures being driven to opposite ends of said housing by their magnetic fields, and said armatures being shifted towards the center of said housing when power is applied to said coil. As used in a model railroad car, a linkage mechanism extends between the magnetic core actuator and a coupler on a model rail road car for shifting the coupler between its coupled condition and its uncoupled condition.

    摘要： A method is provided for developing, financing and administering an asset-protected executive benefit. An employer or Investor makes an investment in an LLC whereby the Employer or Investor becomes the preferred, non-managing member and is entitled to receive a guaranteed payment plus pre-established rate of return. An Executive also makes an investment in the same LLC, becomes a non-preferred, managing member and is entitled to receive value created by the LLC in excess of the amount paid to the preferred member. The LLC invests in, owns, and is the beneficiary of two life insurance policies; a Preferred Policy designed to have a death benefit equal to the investment plus cumulative guaranteed return to the preferred member, and an Investment Policy designed to meet the long-term investment objectives of the members. The Executive may instruct the LLC to borrow against the Investment Policy from which the Executive receives a cash distribution.

    摘要： An adjustable wobble dado assembly having a plate-like circular blade, a pair of inner plate members fixedly mounted on either side of the blade having generally parallel outer surfaces and complementary inner surfaces for holding the blade at an inclined position relative to the outer surfaces, and a pair of interconnected outer plate members on either side of the inner plate members having parallel outer surfaces and complementary inner surfaces inclined relative to the outer surfaces and bearing rotatably against the inner plate members. Each inner plate member has an inwardly tapering central aperture for rotatably receiving a respective cylindrical hub of an outer plate member. Each cylindrical hub extends along an axis perpendicular to the outer surface, rather than the inclined inner surface, of the outer plate member, such axis also being coincident with the axis of an arbor bore extending through the hub. The outside surfaces of the hubs, if tapered at all, are not tapered to the same degree as the central bores of the inner plate members, so that upon relative rotation of the blade and inner plate members relative to the outer plate members, the central bores tilt with respect to the hubs as though moving about a fulcrum. The inner and outer plate members are formed of a material having a greater specific gravity than the material of the circular blade so as to maximize the concentration of mass near to the arbor axis of rotation.

The difference between the first and third voltage level is sufficient to activate the liquid crystal device. For AC liquid crystal displays, a polarity reversal circuit, driven by a low frequency signal, is included for both the digit input and the segment input to cause the digit input to vary between the second and third voltage level while the segment input varies between the first and second voltage level.
