摘要: An actuator and a spool type directional control valve is disclosed. The actuator includes a catcher and a shaft. The catcher is provided with a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion is used to connect to a spool, and the second connecting portion includes a first limiting portion and an avoidance slot which are connected in a circumferential direction. The shaft includes a shaft body and a control member. The shaft body is used to connect to an operation mechanism and is driven to rotate by the operation mechanism, so that: the control member is capable of abutting against the first limiting portion, and driving the catcher to rotate forward by a first angle a via the first limiting portion so as to drive the spool move forward to a first working position; and the control member is capable of rotating freely in the avoidance slot, and the maximum rotation angle c of the control member in the avoidance slot is not less than the first angle a. With the actuator, the hysteresis of the directional control valve may be reduced, and asymmetrical hysteresis of the directional control valve when the spool moving in different directions can also be avoided.

摘要: Disclosed is a load-sensing multi-way valve work section comprising a valve body, which comprises a compensation valve and a reversing valve both formed therein, wherein the compensation valve is provided with a compensation valve bore formed in the valve body and a compensation valve spool accommodated in the compensation valve bore, with a compensation valve oil inlet chamber, a compensation valve oil outlet chamber, a spring-side control chamber and a springless-side control chamber all being formed inside the compensation valve bore; wherein the reversing valve is provided with a reversing valve bore formed in the valve body and a reversing valve spool accommodated in the reversing valve bore, the reversing valve spool being configured to control communications among a main oil inlet chamber, a first working oil chamber, a second working oil chamber, a first oil return chamber, a second oil return chamber, a first load-sensing feedback pressure sensing opening and a second load-sensing feedback pressure sensing opening formed in the reversing valve bore, the compensation valve oil outlet chamber being communicated to the main oil inlet chamber; and wherein the load-sensing multi-way valve work section also defines a feedback passage formed within the valve body, the feedback passage being configured to communicate one of the first and second load-sensing feedback pressure sensing openings with the spring-side control chamber depending on a position of the reversing valve spool in the reversing valve bore.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a valve. The valve includes: a valve casing, a main valve spool and a counterbalance valve spool. The counterbalance valve spool is disposed in a main valve spool internal cavity of the main valve spool and is slidable between a first counterbalance valve spool position and a second counterbalance valve spool position. The counterbalance valve spool includes: a counterbalance valve spool body; and a first counterbalance valve spool recess formed on an outer periphery of the counterbalance valve spool body. In a state where the counterbalance valve spool is in the first counterbalance valve spool position, an inlet of an outlet passage of the main valve spool is closed by the counterbalance valve spool; and in a state where the counterbalance valve spool is in the second counterbalance valve spool position, the inlet of the outlet passage of the main valve spool is opened by the counterbalance valve spool through the first counterbalance valve spool recess of the counterbalance valve spool, so that a second working port is in communication with a return port through an inlet passage configured for the second working port, the first counterbalance valve spool recess and the outlet passage.
