An ankle-foot orthosis for relief of a patient from orthopedic dysfunctions comprising, in combination, a shoe and a brace assembly. The brace assembly comprises a leg member and a pair of opposed upright members. The leg member is constructed and arranged such that portions of the inner surface of the leg member complementarily conform to portions of the rear and sides of a patient's lower leg. Each upright member of the pair of upright members is connected to the leg member and extends downwardly from the leg member to a distal end. The support brace further comprises means for resiliently connecting a portion of the support brace to the upper portion of the shoe. In use, at least a portion of the distal ends of the upright members is inserted into a portion of the heel portion of the shoe between sides of the shoe and the patient's foot.

A system, method and computer readable medium for tracking and replicating user navigation on a website having multiple user web pages. At least one user web page includes a session code link that displays a session code identifier to the user and causes a session code and a web page identifier to be stored in a database. A customer service representative (CSR) web page is then adapted to display the stored session code identifier and provide a replicate state link that will cause the server to display the user web page identified by the user web page identifier to the CSR. This allows the CSR to see the page being viewed by the user when the user requests assistance in using the website.

Each information packet generated by the game driver is prioritized and queued for transmission in order of relevance for the game client. The game server then optimizes the transmission of information packets through the telecommunication network to the game client. Processed user input is received through the telecommunication network from the game client and transmitted to the game driver.
