    摘要: A jump rope handle has a hollow handle member with a through bore and a swivel assembly mounted in a swivel mounting portion extending up to one open end of the handle bore. The swivel assembly includes a shoulder bolt having an enlarged head and a shaft having a smooth, unthreaded outer surface extending from the enlarged head to the open end of the handle bore, an end connector or nut secured to the shaft and located outside the bore, and first and second rotatable bearings mounted between the smooth outer surface of the shaft and the handle bore to allow for relatively free rotation of the shoulder bolt in the handle bore. The end connector has a cross-hole or the like for connection to one end of a jump rope and the jump rope is easily rotatable relative to the handle via the swivel assembly during skipping activity.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an exercise training ring for use in sports such as cross-fit and gymnastics. The training ring is an annular ring of rigid material having a uniform cross-section around at least part of the ring circumference, and inner and outer annular support surfaces which are flat in the axial direction. The flat inner annular support surface forms a platform of predetermined width for supporting at least part of the palm of a user's hand when gripping the ring in a false grip.

A system or product dispenser can include a plurality of beverage ingredient sources comprising a respective beverage ingredient, a plurality of beverage supply lines in respective communication with the plurality of ingredient sources, at least one pump in communication with the plurality of beverage supply lines, and a controller in communication with the at least one pump and operable to execute a set of instructions. The set of instructions can be operable to dispense a first portion of a beverage, delay further dispensing for a predefined time, and dispense at least a second portion of the beverage.

    摘要: An intelligent fountain dispenser performs automated control and systems diagnostics in real time. The intelligent fountain dispenser includes a controller in electrical communication with a syrup valve, a water valve, a carbonator valve, a water level sensor, a flowmeter, and an input panel. The intelligent fountain dispenser also includes a dispenser housing and a carbonator tank. Water and carbon dioxide mix in the carbonator tank to produce carbonated water. The carbonator valve supplies water to the carbonator tank in accordance with instructions received from the controller. The controller also instructs the syrup valve and the water valve in the supply of syrup and carbonated water, respectively, to the dispenser housing. The controller provides the instructions to the valves based on information received from the water level sensor, flowmeter, and input panel. The controller performs systems diagnostics by monitoring the voltage drop across current-sensing resistors associated with each of the valves. The controller can also perform system diagnostics based on information supplied by a signature resistor associated with the input panel.
