A guide hole (200) is formed as far as the depth specified in the design at the center of the panel to be made. Excavation is started with the introduction into the guide hole (200) of a guide element (101) that is fixed with respect to the tool-holder frame and having geometry such as to copy the guide hole along which it slides during excavation. Excavation is carried out as far as the depth specified in the design. The tool is extracted from the excavation and the excavation is filled with concrete and a panel is formed. The method is repeated so as to form adjacent panels.

    摘要: In a tunnel lining method an apparatus, comprising at least one excavation tool of the chain, belt or band type or the like, is positioned to coincide with the longitudinal axis of the tunnel at a point on its extrados; the tool is made to advance to a predetermined depth in a direction diverging from the tunnel axis so as to create a substantially rectangular cavity from which the tool is withdrawn; said cavity is then filled with concrete to form a cast segment; the aforesaid stages are repeated until a frusto-conical section formed from adjacent cast segments is completed, after which the material within the formed section is excavated to a depth less than the axial length of the section, and the apparatus is advanced through a distance substantially equal to the axial length of the cast segments, the stages being repeated to form each successive section in order to form a lining in which the wider final portion of one section is superposed on the narrower initial portion of the next section; during the execution of one section of cast segments a second tool associated with said first tool executes consolidation/tamping injections with concrete or the like into the region which is to constitute said next section.

    摘要: A device for joining an element to a string of elements already mounted, including threaded rods and tubular casing elements covering the walls of a borehole, for use in drilling equipment including a rotary head driving said string with a combined movement of rotation about a substantially vertical axis and translation along said axis. The device includes a clamping device for clamping and guiding a single element, coupled to a friction screwing device (18). The clamping and guiding device is adapted for holding the single element in an axially aligned position relative to the elements already mounted. The clamping and guiding device is idly mounted to, and suspended from the rotary head. The friction screwing device has a rotating portion and a non-rotating portion. The rotating portion is provided with a lower friction device sliding along and rotating about an output rotary shaft of the rotary head. The non-rotating portion is fast for rotation with the rotary head and has actuators acting on said friction device. When extended, the actuators urge the friction device to engage and rotate the single rod or casing element such that the lower end thereof is screwed to the uppermost element of the string.

The process starts with digging a trench of adequate depth in the slope of the embankment of the existing roadway at a distance corresponding to the widening. A wall is then built in the trench by means of prefabricated elements or by on-site casting, and is subsequently anchored to the road embankment by means of tension elements.
