    摘要: The present invention discloses a single-drive bidirectional-crawling pipe-cleaning robot, including a front body assembly, a transmission assembly, and a rear body assembly. The transmission assembly is driven by a single power source, and a transmission effect of a connecting rod mechanism, a gear mechanism, and an equal-dwell cam mechanism is used to implement alternate retraction and support of the front body assembly and the rear body assembly in a radial direction and a telescopic motion in an axial direction between the front body assembly and the rear body assembly and at the same time implement synchronous rotation of a dredging cutter head, so as to implement bidirectional crawling and pipe cleaning work of the robot along a pipe. The present invention is stable, reliable, compact, and practical, and implements single-drive bidirectional crawling and pipe cleaning in a pipe having a greatly changing pipe diameter, so that the obstacle negotiation performance and adaptability to pipe diameter changes of an in-pipe robot are effectively improved, the endurance of the in-pipe robot is improved, and practical engineering significance in cleaning of a horizontal pipe having a greatly changing pipe diameter is provided.

The body includes a salvaging device salvaging sludge, a crushing device crushing the sludge, a sludge discharging device discharging the sludge, and an adjustiug device adjusting a height of the dredging device and moving. The salvaging device includes a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a transmission belt, salvaging hoppers. The dredging device further includes a second motor, crushing wheels, and a baffle. The second motor is turned on to drive a first gear to engage with second gears, so that rotating shafts drive the crushing wheels to crush sludge and larger stones. The baffle blocks an upper portion of the crushing wheels, which avoids the sludge splashing on a worker.

    摘要: The invention includes digging equipment having a self-propelled base machine provided with an arm that supports a digging tool. The digging tool is provided with a device for crumbling soil. The digging tool is operatively connected to the base machine through a suspending flexible element that can be wound or unwound by a winch arranged on the base machine. The base machine also includes a main power engine, to actuate all the hydraulic apparatuses of the digging equipment, and a hydraulic system consisting of two independent and separate hydraulic circuits (S; U). A first hydraulic circuit (S) is configured to control and supply the main service apparatuses of the base machine, including a movement apparatus for moving the digging tool. A second hydraulic circuit (U) is configured to control and supply the main digging apparatuses of the digging tool, including at least the actuators of the device for crumbling soil.

In an embodiment, a mining bit tool includes a mining and demolition bit tool base and a mining bit tool tip coupled to the mining bit tool base. The base includes a tapered portion and a stem. The tapered portion includes a first end and a second end, with a surface tapering from the first end to the second end. There are at least two flutes positioned along the tapered surface, where a first flute is positioned at an angle relative to a longitudinal axis passing through the center of the mining bit tool and a second flute is positioned to cross a path of the first flute. The stem extends from the first end of the tapered portion, and the tip is coupled to the second end of the tapered portion.
