摘要: The present invention discloses a method and device for reestablishment at packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer. On the receiving side of the PDCP layer, the method comprises: clearing resident control messages (501); processing resident service messages, and clearing feedback information generated during processing (502); and resetting a decompressor, and updating configuration of a decryption module (503). On the transmitting side of the PDCP layer, the method comprises: resetting a compressor, and updating configuration of an encryption module; clearing the resident control messages; and reprocessing the resident service messages. With the differentiated processing for the resident messages at the PDCP layer during the reestablishment, the present invention can avoid the abnormal mode switching of the compressor, and accelerate the user plane restoration after the reestablishment. The present invention can further avoid the transmission of invalid feedback, thus improving the utilization of air interface resources; meanwhile, by avoiding the influence of the invalid status report on uplink and downlink transmission policies, the present invention can reduce retransmission of the service messages, thus improving the utilization of air interface resources.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for offloading Internet data in an access network, which are used for solving the technical problems that in a Network Address Translation (NAT) offloading networking solution, the information obtained in a monitor mode is incomplete, offloading characteristics for distinguishing users cannot be provided and offloading strategies are separated from Quality of Service (QoS) strategies of a core network. The solution of the present disclosure includes: an offloading device judges whether a Radio Access Bearer (RAB) data flow needs offloading according to a specific value of a specific parameter in an RAB message; if the offloading is needed, NAT is performed and then the offloaded data is transmitted to the Internet; and if the offloading is not needed, the RAB data flow is transparently transmitted to the core network. In the present disclosure, the offloading judgment condition, which the offloading device is in accordance with, directly originates from the core network, and the core network can proactively obtain required user information, thus offloading judgment can be made correctly and completely as much as possible, and offloading judgment can be implemented with QoS strategies of the core network together, and there is no need to add new QoS management points being independent of the core network.

摘要: The present invention provides an offloading method and device for enhancing mobility, used for solving the technical problem of poor mobility in the current offloading and network construction solution. The present invention discloses that: a Network Address Translating (NAT) gateway is deployed in an upper layer of a Femto Node B; a dedicated tunnel for transmitting the offloading data between the Femto Node B and the NAT gateway is established; the NAT translation of the offloading data message is performed by the NAT gateway and the offloading data is forwarded through the dedicated tunnel according to a continuation relationship; when a User Equipment (UE) performs a handover across two Femto Node B's due to mobility, it is only necessary to modify the continuation relationship of the UE, without disconnecting and reconnecting the link of the offloading data stream, thereby improving the system's mobility.
