摘要： The present invention relates to a locking element (42) to be insertable into a cartridge chamber (420) of a firearm, said locking element having a proximal end (220) and a distal end (260). The locking element comprises an outer sleeve (14) with a movable operating element (16) provided therein, wherein the sleeve (14) comprises a (first) diameter such that the sleeve (14) is snugly insertable into the cartridge chamber (420) from the cartridge chamber side, but said diameter being larger than the diameter of the barrel (6) of the firearm. The operating element (16) is provided movably within at least one blocking element (18), and the operating element (16) is formed and provided such that when the operating element (16) is moved within the sleeve (14) into the direction of the proximal end, the operating element (16) causes the at least one blocking element (18) to be urged radially outwardly and be pressed against the wall of the cartridge chamber (420) thus blocking the cartridge chamber, wherein the at least one blocking element (18) is pressed further against the wall of the cartridge chamber (420) if external pressure is applied from the distal end to the operating element (16). The locking element further comprises an actuator which is adapted for temporarily fixing the position between the operating element (16) and the outer sleeve (14).

摘要： The present invention relates to a locking element to be inserted into the barrel and/or the cartridge chamber of a firearm, said locking element comprising: a sleeve with an actuator, an operating element and a wedge element provided therein, wherein the operating element is at least partially provided movably within the wedge element. The actuator can insert the operating element into the wedge element which causes the wedge element to expand and be pressed against the wall of the barrel thus blocking the barrel. The actuator can also move the operating element out of the wedge element so that the wedge element can move back into a position in which the locking element can be removed from the barrel wherein the actuator is operated via an electronic device located in the locking device or a separate operating unit.

摘要： The present invention relates to a safety means for weapons. The safety means comprises an electronic control unit for the authentication of an authorized user and the control of a safety mechanism. The safety mechanism mechanically engages with at least one mechanical part of the ignition chain so that said ignition chain is interrupted and firing is prevented. The safety mechanism comprises an actuator for releasing said engagement of the safety mechanism in case the electronic control unit identifies an authentication signal. The safety means according to the present invention is provided in a retrofit main component part of a weapon, which replaces a corresponding original main component part of the weapon. The safety means is preferably controllable by a transponder.
