    摘要: A support assembly type baffle is proposed. The baffle may include a baffle body provided in an inner space of a vehicle tank to reduce flow noise, and having a plurality of through holes spaced apart from each other and a fastening portion formed on the inner circumferential surface of the through holes, and a support having a columnar shape, being fitted into the through holes to penetrate the through holes, and having an engagement portion coupled with the fastening portion, formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, so that the support is fastened to the baffle body in a state of penetrating the baffle body, each of both ends of the support being fixed to two opposite sides of the inner sides of the tank to maintain the shape of the inner space of the tank.

    摘要: A pedal device for vehicles includes: a pedal arm provided in a pedal housing and connected to a pedal pad at a first end thereof, and rotated around a hinge shaft mounted to a second end of the pedal arm; a pressure member, a first end of which is held by the first end of the pedal arm, and a second end of which is placed between the hinge shaft and an inner surface of the pedal housing; and an elastic member provided between a middle portion of the pressure member and the inner surface of the pedal housing, and functioning to impose an elastic reaction force on the pressure member when a driver presses the pedal pad down. The elastic member brings the second end of the pressure member into frictional contact with the inner surface of the pedal housing.

    摘要: A noiseproof vent valve for a fuel tank is provided. A damping member installed in the vent valve has at least two elastic pieces, preferably the four elastic pieces. The movement of the float is absorbed by elastic deformation of the elastic pieces, and thus the float is prevented from coming into contact with a lower end forming the bottom of a valve body. However excessively the float fluctuates, no “clicking” contact noise occurs at the vent valve. As a result, the merchantability of a hybrid vehicle sensitive to low noise can be greatly increased.

    摘要: An apparatus for reducing clutch pedal effort may include a spring bracket coupled with a hinge pipe, a switching lever rotatably coupled with the hinge pipe so as to come into contact with a pedal arm during a rotation of the switching lever, thus intensifying a forward rotation of the pedal arm, and a reaction providing unit combined with a pedal member and the switching lever at opposite ends. The reaction providing unit may be operated in such a way that, when the switching lever is not rotated, the reaction providing unit sets an initial position of the switching lever by restricting a movement of the switching lever using accumulated elasticity, and when the switching lever is rotated, the reaction providing unit provides a reaction force to the pedal arm so as to cause the switching lever to come into contact with the pedal arm.
