The corner portion includes a reinforced portion configured to restrict distortion of the corner portion when a pedal force from a user is applied to the pedal seat.

摘要: An accelerator device includes a pedal lever, a power transmission mechanism, and a control unit. The pedal lever is movable in response to a pedal depression operation, and is biased in a return direction by a pedal biasing member. The power transmission mechanism includes an actuator lever that is contactable with the pedal lever and is biased in the return direction of the pedal lever by an actuator lever biasing member, and is capable of applying a reaction force to the pedal lever, which is a force in the return direction by a driving force of a drive source via the actuator lever. The control unit controls energization of the drive source, and performs a brake control in which a return speed of the actuator lever is reduced when the pedal lever returns to a fully closed direction.

摘要: The invention relates to an adjusting device, which includes a lifting device for adjusting a position of an attachment in use and a locking mechanism. The lifting device is switched between a locking position and a free position under a locking action of the locking mechanism, the lifting device drives the attachment to move to a first position when the lifting device is in the locking position; and the lifting device drives the attachment to move to a second position so as to work when the lifting device is in the free position. The adjusting device of the present invention has a simple structure, a low production cost, an easy maintenance, and a garden tool using the adjusting device can conveniently and quickly adjust the position of the attachment connected to the garden tool.

摘要: A foldable accelerator pedal apparatus for a vehicle includes: a pedal housing fixedly installed in a lower space of a driver seat, a pedal pad rotatably coupled to the pedal housing, and a hysteresis module to generate hysteresis when a driver manipulates the pedal pad. In a manual driving mode in which a driver directly drives the vehicle, the pedal pad 200 protrudes from the pedal housing 100 and is popped up to be exposed to the driver, and in an autonomous driving mode in which the driver does not directly drive the vehicle, the pedal pad 200 is inserted into the pedal housing 100 and is in a hidden (hide) state in which the exposure to the driver is blocked. It is possible to implement hysteresis through the hysteresis module 300 when the pedal pad 200 is manipulated.

摘要: Embodiments herein are directed to a pedal assembly. The pedal assembly includes a housing, a pedal arm, at least one elongated member, and at least one strain gauge sensor. The pedal arm has a pedal pad on one end. The at least one elongated member is positioned within a cavity and configured to deflect upon a movement by the pedal arm caused from a load applied to the pedal pad. The at least one strain gauge sensor is positioned in communication with the at least one elongated member and configured to sense an amount of the deflection of the at least one elongated member. When the load is applied to the pedal pad, the pedal arm moves and deflects the at least one elongated member, which is sensed by the respective at least one strain gauge sensor indicative of an amount of load applied to the pedal pad.

摘要: Embodiments herein are directed to a pedal emulator assembly including a housing having a cavity defined by a pair of sidewalls, a first end wall and a second end wall. A lower arm having a spring retaining portion is formed therein. A pedal arm is pivotally coupled the pedal arm and includes a pedal pad. A lever arm including a spring receiving portion is positioned within the cavity of the housing and is pivotally coupled to the housing. A spring carrier including a compressible member extends between the spring receiving portion and the spring retaining portion. When a first predetermined load is applied to the pedal pad, the pedal arm drives the lever arm into the compressible member and the compressible member compresses into an at least partially compressed state to generate a first return force on the pedal pad.

The locking operation determination unit locks the pedal lever when the vehicle is traveling on a specific position in an automatic driving mode.
