摘要： A gateway interface between the public switched telephone system (PSTN) and cellular network. The gateway interface provides a conversion function between the SMS text messaging protocol and TD device text messaging protocol. The conversion function includes appropriate queuing and timing features that allow the SMS and TD functions to communicate. In an embodiment of the invention, the method and apparatus is implemented as a stand-alone gateway. The gateway may be implemented anywhere there is access to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and coverage by a cellular system having short messaging service (SMS) capability.

Criteria, at least at a strict level, is set to establish that used triplets are many, and hard to avoid 403. Using this criteria, triplets may be processed in order 405. 摘要： A system and method for tracking productivity using a portable communication device such as a mobile station. The mobile station includes a memory storage unit for storing information related to project profiles. When a communication activity is initiated a timer is started to measure the amount of time that the activity consumes, and queries an activity table to determine whether an identifier associated with the activity has a profile association. If so, an event record is made of the profile and the type of communication activity. When the activity is terminated, the event record is supplemented with the duration of the activity. If there is no profile associated with an activity identifier associated with a current activity, then the user may be queried to determine whether an association should be created. The event records may be loaded onto a PC for storage for further processing or to a report generating device for the generation of an appropriate report.

摘要： A terminal, method, server, and computer program are capable of executing an instant messaging application. A first user profile and a second user profile are received and stored. A first buddy list associated with the first user profile and a second buddy list associated with the second user profile are also stored. Thereafter, the user profile is switched from the first user profile to the second user profile, such that the first buddy list is deactivated and the second buddy list is activated. The profile switch may be initiated by a user, or may be automatic based on input from a time management application.
