摘要： This mixing machine comprises a mixing head that attaches to a container, forming a closed mixing receptacle. The head is pivotably supported in a frame such that the closed mixing receptacle can pivot to perform the mixing. The mixing head also has a rotationally driven tool which cleans the bottom of the head, supplying a low-energy transport stream for material to at least one second tool carried by the head. The second tool performs the mixing and is located inside the movement path of the bottom-cleaning first tool. The first tool has a scoop positioned in the direction of rotation of the tool with its edge facing in the direction of rotation and outward in the radial direction. The first tool comprises a first scoop section, a second, wall-cleaning scoop section and a recess open toward its closure more remote from the wall through which the second tool passes during rotation of the first tool.

The at least one connection means is configured for gripping mixing containers which differ in the diameter of their connection sides.

The mixing head 3 has a double wall with a perforated inner wall 8. The perforations form a fluid path from the chamber surrounded by the inner wall 8 to the intermediate wall chamber 10. The intermediate wall chamber 10 is connected to a pressure adjustment device for adjusting the pressure. A flexible liner 15 is arranged in the mixing head 3 on its inner surface, which liner 15 can be fixed to the inner wall 8 of the mixing head by applying a vacuum.

摘要： An industrial mixing machine comprises a mixing head and at least one attachment means for attaching a mixing container, which contains a material to be mixed and is open on the attachment side, to the mixing head to form a closed mixing receptacle. The mixing head is pivotably mounted in relation to a frame as part of a pivotable assembly in such a way that the closed mixing receptacle formed from mixing head and mixing container is pivotable in relation to the frame to carry out the mixing process. The mixing head has at least one mixing tool, which is seated on a drive shaft extending through the mixing head and rotationally driven thereby, having multiple radial blades. The radial blades have a cross-sectional geometry according to which, starting from its maximum thickness, the blade thickness decreases in the rotational direction toward the rear blade end. In the section of decreasing blade thickness, the blade lower side is pitched more strongly with respect to the horizontal in the rotational direction than the blade upper side. An imaginary straight line connecting the rear end of the radial blades to their respective front end facing in the rotational direction is inclined in relation to the horizontal in the same direction as the inclination of the blade lower side in the section of decreasing thickness.
